Not as good as it once was when the manager owner got rid of two of the best staff over something…read morestupid. Half the time when you go buy there's no cars why they are open till 11 pm at night when there not even busy. I've walked in there and more then 1/2 the shelves were empty that if staff knew what they were doing they should always be restocked. Ran into a lot of old customers and they were shocked to here that we were fired and a lot of customers had said that they stopped going there that they go to Avondale or Macs. And myself if I see customers I tell them what happened and a lot are saying well they treated the whites like they were black and the brown ones got to stand around and do nothing. The owner fired me and my son cause we called in sick. But one girl that they rehired back after she was fired never called in for her shift or didn't even show up for her shift and they rehired her back figure that one out. The one they have working afternoons he's very hard to understand and another thing he doesn't do is whenYour buying lottery tickets from the machine he doesn't give you the ticket right away he leaves them in the machine and gives them all to you after you pay for them. I've told him so many times I want my ticket after the machine prints it I want it he's getting better but last time I got tickets I got a poker lotto all in he gave me that and with that one he gave me the poker lotto and my Ontario 49 he forgot that in the machine

Do not use! I live…read moreand work in an area with little no to service I had an issue my cc payment, there was an hold, as an result I missed 1 payment in under a month of the last one. I never received an email so I called them and was informed I couldn't make my usual monthly payment of around 200 and had to pay 1k+ to get my coverage continued. That's extortion and also not very good customer relations; not to mention terrible business strategy that loses out on LTV ( life time customer value) and lost referrals and continued revenue. I was more than willing to pay the dimly late payment or even 2 of them but to extort me for 1k+ is ridiculous So I emailed them AGAIN ans told them to cancel. Still no emails back

Received a promotional email for coverage I wasn't eligible for. After pointing it out, I was…read moresimply told it wasn't available to me -- without explanation -- and directed to call if I had questions. I prefer written communication for insurance matters, especially when the issue originated by email. The experience felt careless and dismissive. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
