So of crouse we had more questions and I email her with those. Never heard back, Sent a follow up email that Monday as this was Friday. Nothing! Tuesday I called, the tone as to how she answered the phone made me cringe. I let her know I spoke to her Friday about a cruise and I sent emails? Jayne responded yes, I saw you emailed me a few times, have to had time to read them. Her tone was very unprofessional. To the point I asked her if she was, ok? I was told they were having issues with a Co Worker and was trying to figure out where all those clients were going. I had more questions and I was made aware to set up an appt to go over the rest. So I did. I felt like I was drawing straws to even have her talk to me. To the point I said, so do I need to call you for the appt, or will you call me? She said for me to call her at 10:30 am and if she didn't answer she would call me back. So, at the end of all this, again first-time cruse, long time member.
