I was told they were having issues with a Co Worker and was trying to figure out where all those clients were going. I had more questions and I was made aware to set up an appt to go over the rest. So I did. I felt like I was drawing straws to even have her talk to me. To the point I said, so do I need to call you for the appt, or will you call me? She said for me to call her at 10:30 am and if she didn't answer she would call me back. So, at the end of all this, again first-time cruse, long time member. She told me to mail my plates, NY would send me a fine in the mail and said I owed them $200 and hung up - all within 30 seconds. I was stunned. I called back and she hung up again. I couldn't find answers on where to pay, how to get my notice, what to do, who to ask. I had no answers and my insurance agent was not there to help!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!
