You could hear the lady in the kitchen making and the sound of the sizzle as she out them on there. When our server came out with the order they were steaming hot from how fresh they were. There are also a really good size. I got two because I was not sure how big they were going to be. But one is a good size because they are stuffed. I loved that there were not flat like other pupusas I've had in the past, they were nice and stuffed. The filling was great, I could taste the chicharron, the cheese, everything was so tasty.
