Went to the shop and had a conversation about sensors being replaced and having an issue with my AC not blowing cold. They ran some test & advised they believe I have a bad compressor. I purchased an entire compressor kit from NAPA - the communication was horrible - i had to reach out every time. They informed me after i reached out that the parts were replaced but still not blowing cold and they wanted to get a second opinion from another mechanic which come to find out is a mechanic in the next town mind you i didn't give consent for my truck to be transported anywhere. Let alone driven by a mechanic i've never met. Took no accountability for the lack of professionalism & only response was "we were asked to put parts in not make sure they work" ..... 0/10 on any mechanical work. Oh yeah & now the truck is running hot & fluids empty upon picking up.
