Completely unprofessional staff and service. I had a family member treated very rudely and accused…read moreof "running their mouth" for wanting to telling friends and family of the company's bait and switch. They originally quoted a different price for a windshield replacement and got angry at my family member when he went to pick up the vehicle. The rude and incompetent owner raised the price after the invoice was already written. We agreed to pay anyway as to not cause a scene. He proceeded to call and text my family member only accuse him of running his mouth when he expressed his concern for the bait and switch tactic. The text from the owner stated that he didn't need our business. Its unfortunate that this company represents Uvalde. My family asked the owner to stop contacting him and to delete his number, but the owner continued to harass through another text. We eventually had to block the owners number. The owner is named Miguel, and he has no business trying to run a business. We will be sure to spread the word about this incident and urge others in our small community not to give Miguel and his company any business. This lack of professionalism is unfortunate. I would give negative stars if I could.

There were no pushy salesmen running around hassling my son and I as we looked around. To me this made the environment extremely welcoming... I was not even planning on purchasing a vehicle that day. I was hanging out with me 9 year old son, running some errands, and we had stopped by the dealership to ask their service department a few questions. The gentleman that helped us out at the service desk was extremely helpful. I wish I could remember his name but I'm sad to say that it has slipped my mind. Nonetheless, the service I received was nothing less than outstanding. All my questions were answered and I left there with a print out of part numbers and other locations of where I could find these items when I was ready to make my purchases. I wasn't hassled to make my purchases there or told that I could find the parts anywhere else. I only received awesome customer service and we were even offered cold beverages. As we were walking back to our car, my son and I noticed a truck that caught our eye and we decided to go have a look at it. It was a used F150 FX4 and it looked pretty great from the outside. I asked my son if he wanted to see the inside and, of course, he said yes. So I went back inside the dealership to find someone to help us out, as there were no salesmen outside on the lot as I had mentioned before. When I went inside I told the first person I ran into that I was interested in seeing the truck. He immediately called for a sales representative and asked if we wanted anything cold to drink. This was the second time we had been asked which felt absolutely welcoming. At this point Max Gonzalez, the sales representative, walked up and introduced himself. I let him know that my son and I wanted to see the F150 outside and he took us out. As we walked out toward the truck I let Max know that I was only interested in looking at the truck and that I was not looking to buy. Now, in my past experiences purchasing vehicles or even just looking at them, once a salesman finds out that you are just looking, they start treating you differently; like you're wasting their time. Not here though... Max began to tell me about the truck, its service record, and about the previous owner. It felt really good to be getting information without having to ask for it. He gave me details and pointed out some discrepancies without me asking. This made me feel like I could trust him and that he wasn't trying to hide anything. I asked if we could take it for a spin and he said "Jump in". Awesome... The test drive was great and when we returned I asked Max to find out how much they would give me for my Explorer that I was driving. I made sure I told him once again that I was just curious and that I wasn't in the market to buy. Even then, he was continued to be extremely polite and helpful, and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He was simply providing amazing customer service. I was extremely impressed, not just by Max, but by all of the staff at Griffith Ford of Uvalde. The staff in the sales department was amazing. The staff in the finance department was amazing. The staff in the service department was amazing. Everyone at Griffith Ford of Uvalde contributed in making my son and I feel welcomed, comfortable, trusting, and even honored to be doing business at this dealership. They really went out of their way to answer all of my questions, take care of any issues with the vehicle I was looking at, and take care of me and my son. To make a long story short, I left Griffith Ford of Uvalde with an F150 that I was not even shopping for. We love this truck and have enjoyed driving it back to Georgia with no issues whatsoever. The folks at Griffith Ford of Uvalde are really second to none. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I will definitely tell everyone I know about them. We purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang and was told it was 4.5 - 5.0 rating. Griffith said they looked…read moreand checked this car out and agreed it was that great of car. Less than 2 weeks we had to have the short block and other engine parts replaced. We originally thought 2 days after buying it that it needed a tune up but when the car stalled on freeway we knew it was something serious. Took to another Ford Dealership and they gave us a list of what was wrong. They said there is no way anybody looked at this car or they would know engine problems. We called Griffin and explained what was told to us and after $6,000 worth of repairs Griffin said they would make good on this car. They would repair other things we discovered, etc. They would call the dealership that certified the car and get some of our money back. We have called for over 2-1/2 months weekly and sometimes twice a week trying to get some communication. Never a return call no communication at all. We left my husband and my numbers. Left so many voice messages. Nothing. This was not an inexpensive car. We have come to the conclusion they are blowing us off. They got their money and their word does not hold true. We feel cheated and are very sad as we really liked the people there until we could not trust them. Please get everything in writing if ever buying a car from them.

I went back at 8am dropped my car off, I called to check on it around noon and they were "working on it" they said call back around 3pm. I called back around 3 pm and the lady said the man UV light broke that he was waiting on another one to come and waiting on a part... not in 10 minutes go by and the man calls to say I would have to pay $2,000 for a part and 1,000 for labor. He never said anything about a leak, moisture etc... I picked my car up and he charged me $95 for the dye and Freon and then I took it to Toyota where I purchased the car and they tested that there was no Freon in the car or dye detected anywhere and there was no leak or moisture. Today when my father went back and asked the cardonas what's the deal he said well I put in the Freon and dye in for free. He said there was moisture And His $95 test was bs his business doesn't deserve anyone's service they want to gouge your eyes out! do not go to them No stars I had to pick one to post this

completely incompetent service department and management. i…read moredrove my truck in for service and was told that the problem was too complicated and that their mechanic and service department were uncomfortable to even diagnose the vehicle. i was told that i would need to have my vehicle towed in-order to pick it up , after i had driven it there. they said they had to push it into the service bay. i told them i drove it in wtf ? i had them bring me a jump box and i started it and drove if off the lot. they were too stupid to check the battery , boost start it , and complete a diagnostic. and the branch manager is too incompetent to manage the mechanics and service department and still says that a completely stock truck that i purchased factory re-certified is too complicated and that its somehow ok that their manufacture certified service department is too "uncomfortable" to jump the battery on a completely stock vehicle and diagnose a different issue , after i drove it onto the lot. and they charged me $730 to do absolutely nothing incompetence , theft by deception , false advertisement of having manufacture certified service , negligence , and absolute zero accountability. things were stolen out of my truck including tools - and that makes zero sense because they dont know how to use tools to do so little as jump a battery. the manager and the service department are thieves and liars . if you are capable of jumpstarting a vehicle you are more qualified to work on vehicles than this dealer is , what a frickin joke . wtf
