They had many dishes on their menu but they are most famously known for their pupusas so I went ahead and ordered two revueltas (meaning they had chicharron, cheese, and beans). I also ordered a coffee. Our order took about fifteen minutes to come out, but it was worth the wait because they were freshly made. You could hear the lady in the kitchen making and the sound of the sizzle as she out them on there. When our server came out with the order they were steaming hot from how fresh they were. There are also a really good size. I got two because I was not sure how big they were going to be. But one is a good size because they are stuffed. I loved that there were not flat like other pupusas I've had in the past, they were nice and stuffed. The filling was great, I could taste the chicharron, the cheese, everything was so tasty. I definitely recommend if you are in the area of Kerman. This is a great spot for some fresh pupusas!

They are about $5 each, pricier than some other spots, but their quality and size makes them more than worth it. I've also had the fried yuca with Chicharron which was also a very generous portion. The service is super friendly as well! Their food truck is on a main road (Cleveland in the Chevron parking lot) in Madera which is super convenient, but it's also awesome that they're on DoorDash. I called ahead and ordered 3 pupusas and the noreganos. Noreganos is a dessert type of thing made with corn flour. It comes with syrup. The pupusas were great size. I ordered cheese and beans. They come with the pickle cabbage and salsa. They gave me hot and mild. They also serve different dishes and they are all from their Country. So far I have just tried the pupusas. The dessert tastes good. They are no salty or sweet because you have to deep them in the syrup. It has good flavor. They are fried. Maybe that is why they are good so far I have come twice. So I came this second time because I was craving them. Knowing that they make them good here makes me happy
