There is someone that goes around changing the garbage bags and refilling the sanitizer cleaner for the machines throughout the business. That's the only thing I see this guy do. Mind you he's a contract cleaner. Never have I ever seen an actual employee clean a thing. The only thing I see is a "part owner" walk around like he's "inspecting" things when in reality he's inspecting the women that are there. That's why all of the machines, bathrooms and the air stink. It's so gross! Overall, this gym has one leg in the grave and it can't help itself out. It's like that hotel you think will be fine until you open the door. I will never renew my membership! Yuck!

This Planet Fitness is claiming they are unable to draft my primary billing when attempting to do so, tack on the $15.00 late fee, then magically are able to draft from the same account. While $15.00 may not be much to many, it is to many more. This unwarranted late fee also builds to be quite a hefty prize for the company, especially considering chances are they are doing it to many others. Free money at the cost of their patrons; what could be better? I also requested to speak to the manager on this and was assured I would be contacted. Whether it was the inaction of the desk associate I spoke to or the manager themself, to simply ignore or not take action while the facility is draining money from your patrons is unacceptable.

I never feel rushed, and my questions and concerns are always of importance to the doctors and the staff. They are very accommodating with scheduling and appointments. Love Chiropractic Center is very active in the community, they have a Tuesday night class that teaches anyone interested about the importance of Chiropractic care.
