Just when you think you've spotted an open space, it turns out to have a driveway or a fire hydrant. Frustrating! This four story parking deck is open 24 hours for both transient and monthly parking spaces. Definitely not cheap with commuter parking (in before 8:30 and out before 6:00) for $8 and evening parking (in after 5:00 and out by 4:00) for $7. Otherwise, it is $4 for the first half hour and then $4 for each additional half hour up to $25 per day or $7 for flat rate parking on the weekends. There is also a monthly option for $125-$150. The lot seemed decently lit and it is not staffed. To depart, you will need to pay for your parking at the gate with a credit card. Elevators serve each floor on both ends and a skywalk goes somewhere...? so getting to your car won't ever be a chore. Remember to get your parking validated or life might get expensive.

To me at least, its a hidden spot where not many people park here which means I was able to park at the same spot almost everyday. Even though its a hidden spot its not isolated, the parking lot is usually about seventy percent full. Also, it has buildings on two sides which means there was no sun = no hot seats = happy me :D Not to mention it's pretty cheap, $3/day parking is pretty good deal or $60/month. I think it's the closest parking to uptown which is cheap, convenient and easy to get in and out. OH.. they take credit card which is a huge plus for me. Oh DD is on one side and HT on the other side which is perfect for my morning coffee and picking up groceries on my way home :)

Makes things a lot easier…read more Have used this lot for probably since shortly after they opened and with airport renovations, different locations and different traffic patterns Never occurred to me till I was setting in the lot on June 22 and pulled up the nearby features and there it was. This is a valuable feature of the CLT Airport that makes travel so much easier and its free. You're picking up someone at CLT Douglas and you don't have to park and pay for parking unless you want too. As you approach the terminal, on the right is the Cell Phone Lot. You can pull in and wait for the person you are picking up, to get their luggage and give you a call on your cell phone at which time you can exit the lot on proceed to the terminal and pick up your arrival. Saves a lot of time but if flight is delayed, be prepared to wait a while so make sure you have a good book or that your Electonic devices are fully charged or that you have a charging device. Please note that once you leave and proceed to the terminal, you are entering the twilight zone with multiple lanes collapsing into just a couple and people parking everywhere. Kind of a small lot that can be somewhat difficult to navigate but if you pay careful attention to…read morethe details this is a great place to park. 1) you have to get a ticket and go into Lot 1 but find your way back to the exit promptly - you actually have half and hour or so but the spots can fill quickly so avoid lollygagging. 2) in parking as in comedy timing is everything: when you exit the lot (without paying because you didn't dawdle) make sure there is no one directly behind you - wave any cars past. 3) follow the leading cars closely and when you pass the entrance or exit stop your vehicle and reverse into the spot being mindful of the bright orange jersey wall. 4) when rousted by the airport police politely mumble something about "Oops!" and "Sorry" and head over to the overlook because this lot has been closed for a while.

They stopped answering me form my hone number so I had to resort to using a different phone to get an answer. The lady then advises that the cameras are not facing the yard although on the yard so they don't have any footage. No help at all. What's the point in a camera and gate with no working camera and open gate to at least surveillance the property. They should have known the camera wasn't pointing towards the property. But they sure want there money every month and on time! DISGUSTED!!! Don't park here.

They all are cheerful and welcoming, and they make it easy to get parked , and onto the shuttle bus they have to take you to the airport. They load your luggage and get you quickly to the airport, which is basically right across the street. Secondly, your car is safe and secure while you are traveling. Upon returning, you catch the shuttle bus back to the lot, where they drop you at your car, and have someone bring your car up. Then they offer you bottled water for your ride home . Such a nice way to travel! We will always use Park N Go.
