We have used Park N Go several times now, and we have had wonderful experiences! First, the employees are all so NICE and helpful! They all are cheerful and welcoming, and they make it easy to get parked , and onto the shuttle bus they have to take you to the airport. They load your luggage and get you quickly to the airport, which is basically right across the street. Secondly, your car is safe and secure while you are traveling. Upon returning, you catch the shuttle bus back to the lot, where they drop you at your car, and have someone bring your car up. Then they offer you bottled water for your ride home . I have since started doing some volunteer work at the airport and need to conveniently park for my volunteer shifts. Park and Go has been my go to!! I'm able to easily make a reservation, arrive, quickly get parking and to the airport. No worries. Customer service is phenomenal and everyone I've come into contact with has been professional and friendly. The drivers are top notch and maneuvers through difficult airport traffic with ease. I had a really great experience using this lot. The worst part about off-airport parking, car rentals, and anything else requiring a shuttle is waiting to get picked up. At the Park n Go lot, I was escorted to my parking space by the shuttle driver, then immediately driven to the airport. When I got back, I dont think I was outside even 10 minutes before I was picked up. Had the same driver both times. Super friendly guy with cool braids. The system overall is great, and their instructions are clear. Just keep the yellow paper they give you safe and you're good. I have in the past had to wait over an hour and a half for a shuttle pick up. When I got to my destination this time, I waited at least 45 minutes for my car rental shuttle. Less than 10 mins for a pick up is amazing. So 5/5 for the absolute relief of not having to stand outside the airport breathing smog and jet fuel for an hour after a long day of traveling. So sorry for my remarks today! For years, I've been parking here few times a month, flying out 2/3 of a month, that I could monitor my time to the airport. Until this Covid-19, their service changed and their reliability has punched down to zero. I always booked online before I drove to park my car. Few months ago, I went online to make reservations but the website was down. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't plan on alternative as it was evening. I called & I was recognized. The lady told me just to drive there and I was taken care of. She said they had reduced the size of parking spaces. I said it was a smart way to handle situation. I then drove there to park with my membership card as I was told. This morning, I drove there as usual, I was told I had no reservation, no parking or I could choose valet parking for 3 times more expensive. That's like a ripoff @ last minute. I either took it or missed my flight. Most drivers are very nice but one who has no sense of our urgency. He would served you unnecessary snacks and newspapers while all customers just need to get to the airport or to get their cars home quick. Time is more important then those extra stuff. For those who needs to park here, give yourself extra time before you use them. Wondering if they plan of closing down too. read more

Excellent Service!! However I made a reservation for "The Parking Spot" on Wilkerson. But I mistakenly followed the signs for Park N' Go due to the identical colors of both companies. Did not realize the blunder until I returned from my flight and attempted to check out and bar code would not read. They matched The Parking Spot's rate and I ended up paying $13.60($5.50 per day) instead of the $2.80 total I would have paid at the Spot. Didn't make a fuss about it, since it was completely my fault. Something I noticed was the exemplary customer service. They put the customer first! They radio ahead to other employees informing them of it being your first time, your EXACT parking location, offer to help with your bags instead of just looking at you, extremely friendly and personable. I reserved VIP covered parking for the first time with my family. I will not do this again since it took far longer to get to the airport than normal. It's possible my expectations were set too high but when I park normal outside I get to the airport much faster. This was the first time I had this experience, usually it's very good which is why I pick it over the other yellow buses with black dots. read more

These guys are great. I save tons of money on my parking costs as I fly out of Charlotte all the time. They are kind, courteous, prompt and helpful. I can usually catch a bus right in and don't have a long wait on the way back to the parking lot. The cost is so minimal compared to airport parking. The extra step is worth the savings. The free water and personal service is a nice touch as well. The spaces are big enough that I never worry about my car being damaged while I'm away. It would be great if it was covered but I'm sure that will be down the road. I love the coupons they sent me weekly with promo rates. I stock them up and use them all the time. I came to park yesterday morning super early around 5:15am and I was blown away by the smell of alcohol on the blonde haired lady wearing glasses greeting me at the gate. She was stumbling over nothing and slurring her words to me when I arrived. All I could smell is alcohol on her breath talking to me and could tell she was completely and utterly drunk. I am just blown away and appalled that a business is allowing this type of behavior. I have used this lot twice and great service both times. The last time I used it, I came back to a dead car battery. I went to the desk to inquire about rates for leaving my car overnight and the staff immediately offered to help. Within minutes the shuttle driver who had taken me to my car was able to get into my car (without power the fob not keypad wouldn't work and I couldn't manually get in) and jumpstart me. In less than 20 minutes I was on my way. The shuttle seems to arrive in a timely manner both from the car and from the airport. I have prepaid both times which seems to make it even more convenient. The rates seem reasonable (~$45 for 5days) Drivers are courteous. I would recommend and definitely use this lot again. read more

Every time we fly out of town, we use Park N Go. And every single time, the service exceeds our expectations. Several months that I've been using Park N Go and I regret not a single time with them. These folks are SIX stars good. Pros - Go with the "valet" service. Yes, it's a little more than their regular (but still cheaper than the airport's "business valet"). They will pick you up at your car (no waiting), they will drop you off at your car (you're the first off the bus) and they will have your car rinsed off and with the engine running and the trunk open. Bonus! - Bottle of water handed to you at checkout. - Frequent Parker Points - ten days of paid parking is one day of FREE parking. - Speedy checkout! - Very short (if any) waiting for a shuttle bus. Cons - I *once* had to wait four minutes in the checkout line on a Thursday night. That's no longer a problem as they have added a second checkout line on Thursday and Friday nights. - Maybe some of the buses could use some therapy but it's not that big a deal. Last night, I tipped the shuttle driver $2 for taking care of my rollaboard. He proceeded to hand one of them to the parking valet. I was *stunned* to see this teamwork. I parked here to be close to the clt airport for a trip and found them online. I made my reservation ahead of time and prepaid. When I arrived at the lot, I simply showed my receipt on my phone and was told to park in any open spot. It is a big lot (covered parking is extra) and there were many cars. A shuttle then meets you and a friendly driver gives you a piece of yellow paper with your spot number. We were dropped off at the pre-arranged parking area at the airport and this is the same place you will come when you return from your trip. The shuttles circle frequently and we did wait long at all. On our way out, we were greeted with two cold bottles of water and the service was excellent. $6 a day is great and you are literally next to the long term lot of the CLT airport. read more

I am a big fan of Park N Go! IMO it is much more efficient than parking at the airport. The bus picks you up right at your car, you don't have to worry about lugging your luggage to a bus pickup spot, and then upon your arrival they drop you right back off at your car, no walking around in the dark required. I have never waited more than ten minutes for a bus. I do always make a reservation to guarantee my spot and because the rate is even cheaper when booked online. I parked for four days for only about $17. The only thing they definitely need to do is pave their lot. I parked in a pretty far corner over the Thanksgiving holiday and that lot was flat tire inducing. I have usually parked closer to the entrance where the pavement is much more maintained. But, since their service is parking they could def make good use out of a pavement job. read more

I have used Park N Go at least 10 times over the last few years, never really having any issues. The last time I used them (December 2019) was a different story because MY CAR WAS STOLEN OFF THE LOT! When I arrived back in Charlotte to retrieve my car (it was valeted), that's when they informed me that my car had been stolen a couple of nights prior. They had it on camera but couldn't make out the license plate until I came to pick it up and they couldn't find it. A police report was filed and ultimately, my car was recovered 2 weeks later. I have since been trying to get a refund of the $70+ parking fee as well as some additional information to contact the owner of this particular lot to discuss other losses incurred (my car was trashed and totaled). Have yet to hear from anyone and it's been 10+ months! read more

I have been parking here since 2013 when they first opened. Today I showed up and didn't have a reservation. (As a crew member) I have never had to have one except for Christmas and Thanksgiving . I was told I could only park at the valet lot At $12 a day. Since I had no choice I had to park there. When I pulled up, there wasn't a valet to meet me and tell me where to park. I didn't pull all the way in and when the van driver picked me up he snapped at me and told me to get in my car and move it. How is this valet? It seems like the customer service is slipping, especially for the crew members who have kept them in business for the last year. read more

Best experience and value I've enjoyed in my travels! Traveled up from Columbia area to fly direct to my destination on the busiest travel day of the year in 2017. Reserved my spot online for 10 days spent with family during the Christmas and New Year holiday season. Location was easy and quick to get to. Staff were very quick and helpful. Due to the busy time, they asked me to leave my keys with them and had me park in a line if other cars right next to the shuttle that would take me to the airport. I pulled in on the left lane and the shuttle pulled right up next to my car to help me load my bags and get going. Lot staff were friendly and explained the process to me. Handing me a yellow ticket stub that I would use to pick up my car when I returned. Shuttle driver was a mountain of a man, helping fellow travelers with our luggage. Jumped on the shuttle to join 3 other families in our way out of town. Shuttle bus was clean and comfortable. Driver was quick and safe with his passengers. Helped everyone get started on our trip with a smile. There was zero wait time between parking my car and getting to the airport. My return was met quickly in the pick-up area with the same excellent service. Handing my skip to the driver, he called in the tags to the dispatch and had us back to the lot in minutes. Handing each of us our keys as he dropped each of us exactly at our parked cars, I was ready to depart for my drive home after a long day of flying. This is a manned parking lot with cameras. We chose to try the park and go vs the airport parking and we were not disappointed. The airport parking lot for long term parking was way more expensive. Everyone was super friendly and professional. The shuttle was there waiting and saw us park. He drove up behind our car and placed the luggage in the shuttle for us. Picked up two others in the parking lot and we were on our way. Within five minutes we were already headed to the airport. Ten days later we came back and there was a shuttle already in the shuttle area. We didn't need to call. Again courteous and professional and on our way back to our car. We prepaid so arriving and leaving was simple and When we left, the man at the window welcomed us back from our trip and offered us a water for the road. Very happy with the service here. read more

I've done the long term lots at the CLT airport many times and I just find it absolutely frustrating with limited spots and the busses to the lots get packed quick, also it's just plain expensive. After passing a billboard on the interstate many times seeing this service I gave it a whirl, needless to say I never use long term lots at the airport anymore. I absolutely love Park N Go and have had no issues with it since. I've converted a friend of mine who was a little nervous at first but once he did it he now just tells everyone about it. So yes I absolutely recommend if your planning your travel. I bought a discount coupon for Park N Go recently that offered 3 days of parking for $7. With an impending trip on the way I decided to give it a shot and combined my coupon with the full price for a total weeks cost of $28. When I tried to book online ahead of time I noticed you could not use the voucher so I crossed my fingers and called twice to make sure they really would be running shuttles to the airport at 4:30 AM and that I wouldn't have to wait at all. While it worked out just fine I noticed booking online offered additional discounts that make parking extremely reasonable ($3-4 per day), so I really didn't even need to buy that coupon ( I save $4 or $5 ultimately). We didn't have to wait for our shuttle at all, it picked us right up at our parking spot on time in the early morning hours and returned us to the same spot a week later around midnight. They run two shuttles and are truly there around the clock. We spoke to a pilot who said he now only uses Park N Go because it's so easy and reliable. The service of both the person driving the shuttle and the lady at the booth was impeccable (she even offered us some bottled water for our trip home). My only minor complaint is that it's located right off the highway and so the lot accumulates a lot of dust and our car was really dirty after a week. If you factor in the necessity of a professional wash it can make the deal not so great. Overall though I will be using the service again as it was super reliable, fast, easy, affordable, friendly, efficient...you name it! read more

We've been frequent parker customers of Park N Go since 2013. Going to the airport can be stressful, at least it is for me, but the people on staff at Park N Go are kind & helpful to us. They try to find us a space even if its a busy time, and help with other problems. Most of the shuttle drivers are friendly and all drive safely. They assist with bags too. Our cars have always been in good shape when we return and they give us a cold bottle of water at the booth before we leave. The frequent parker option is a good deal. I know that Park N Go is so great that when I go out of town and have to leave my car at the airport, I'm leaving it with Park N Go. Yes, it does seem a little far from the airport, but it is not a long ride at all on the shuttle. When first pulling up to the place to drop off my vehicle, we were warmly greeted by the attendant. I noted that she had a smiling face and was explaining everything cheerfully to us...at 5 in the morning. Now that's good customer service! She informed us where to park and when we were pulling into the spot, the shuttle service followed us to our car. The gentleman helped us with our bags and stuck them into the shuttle. At 5 in the morning, he was cheery as well dropping us off at the airport. The whole time from Park N Go to the airport probably was only a 10 minute ride. Park at this location weekly from Jan 1, 2020 and before. Regular or should I say very regular customer. (No more). Chick checking cars at 5:3o a.m. denies me entrance because I do not have reservation. Paying regular customer denied entrance. Chick should be fired. Hope stupid to turn away a regular customer. No issue. Went to Parking Spot, tyber competition. They more more than happy to take my business. I travel weekly. Click on duty at park n ride should be fired. Horrible customer service for regular, previously regular, customer. Guess not being at full capacity and turning away paying, regular customers is a good business strategy. Huge fan of Park n Go. CLT Airport is a mess with all the construction. The standard airport lots are a pain in the butt and if you don't mark down exactly where you parked, you could be searching for hours for your car. PNG takes some of the pain out of the process. For less than five bucks a day, they keep your car 5 mins from CLT departures and arrivals. But the real value comes from the service. They run shuttles constantly - I've never waited more than 5 mins after arrivals, and the bus helps load you FROM your car for departures. They also "remember" where your car is parked for you. Last couple times I used them, they gave me bottle of water on the way out. Love these guys. 5 stars. read more

Every experience has exceeded my expectations whether it be the amazing employees, simple check in check out process, or cheap prices, I have been thoroughly impressed more and more with each visit.
