She said $65 ,then turned around ,and went to ask another tech to be sure and she said $70-$75 because it was long which was fine with me . Then she said anything shorter will be less . Ok so she start doing my nails she cut it to the second picture length and said this was long ,that it will still be $75. For longer it would be $85. This is clearly a medium set and if they were longer it still wouldn't have been worth price . And that's clearly not what you said when i showed you the picture . Overall my nails look a hot mess , I was lied to ,overcharged ,the ombré is not great,the file down was poor my nails are so big. I tried to stress to her my issues but she kept saying my nail bed was wide which I guarantee you they are not. I wouldn't recommend this place unless there is someone other to do your nails than the person who done mine .

I didn't need the whole wash, cut, blow-dry thing and she was cool with that. Her price was quite reasonable and I was happy to walk outta there with my hair still looking like me but kinda cleaned up. Who doesn't love that feeling? A few days later, I'm wishing I'd paid more attention and had her put a little more slant on those scissors where it frames my face. But honestly, I can't complain. I certainly got my money's worth and no frou-frou crap I have had to endure in the past. So overall I'd say a solid 3 stars. If ever in town again (and I have the free time) I'll be back. Johnny was my technician. Quick but not rushed. Friendly but not 'chatty'. Before they started, we asked for the price, and after a phone call and some back-and-forth with someone on the other end of the line, we were told $70 and up. Once the process began, my daughter was asked if she wanted new nails or just a fill for her current ones. I asked again about the price difference, and this time, they said $80 and up. Concerned about the vague "and up," I insisted on a final price. After yet another phone call and lengthy discussion, they confirmed $80, which I agreed to. They started the service, and I left briefly to run an errand five minutes away. As soon as I left, they told my daughter the price had now jumped to $105! After my daughter text me that information I called the shop and told them that was ridiculous since I very clearly asked about the price before starting the job, even showing pictures of what we wanted exactly-leaving no question. They then told me they would "discount it to the price they told me", making me feel like they were doing me a favor when this was the agreed upon price originally. This salon engages in deceptive business practices, changing prices multiple times after agreeing on a final amount. To make matters worse, the quality of work on my daughter's nails was subpar at best. The employees spoke to each other in their native language the entire time, laughing and talking-which is rude in any situation. I will never return to this salon and do not recommend it to anyone. Avoid this place if you value honesty, transparency, and quality service.
