The parking lot was nearly full. My husband and I are closing on our new home in 2 weeks, and I thought we should check-out Bills Bros for a dining table. 10 years ago I had great luck here furnishing my home; I still have most of the furniture to this day. Bills didn't deliver on the dining table, but they did have a lot of great accent furniture at very reasonable prices. Think accent chairs, lamps, bar stools, end tables, walls decor and throw pillows. Once we're moved in I might come back and look around again. Sales staff are friendly and not at all pushy. Available if you have questions. Lots of clearance items and one-offs. I saw a new-in-box Barbie Dream House for $129.99 that my 10-yr. old self squealed over. You just never know what you might find here! No frills here, but the selection is nice. Recommend!

They had very few dining tables on display, so we looked at couches and recliners instead (not needing either). Furniture prices were high to me, but merchandise was very stylish and on-trend. We looked around for about 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. Perhaps this was the owner himself who ended up greeting us; he asked what we were looking for and that was about it. Didn't give us much direction or anything as far as telling us where to look for dining tables. We were the only customers in the store at this particular time. Store is cluttered, unorganized and dirty in some areas and the customer service left something to be desired. Recommend if you're seeking hipster-esque decor or if you have no budget at all. No frills or over-the-top customer service here, either.

We purchased a sectional and extra warranty less than a year ago, small stains continue to show up all over the couch and I'm constantly cleaning it--they tried to say it's probably due to our shampoo-- well, my husband is bald and don't rub head on the seat cushions, so try again. I tried making a claim through the warranty we were told "covered everything" and it was denied. Shortly after we bought it, my daughter reclined in a middle section and we noticed a tear on the corner of the foot rest, I called in and sent photos and they said that's not covered by the warranty either and the Ricky the manager told me "you should have looked it over better when it was delivered". After calling corporate, they finally had professional cleaners come try to clean the stains and the professional cleaners told us this was likely a used couch that had been reupholstered.....there was no way this couch was less than a year old-- mind you we don't have small children in our house either, it's me, my husband and my 16 year old daughter (and she rarely sits upstairs with us) One week later and the same stains are back-- terrible "warranty" if you can even call it that and terrible customer service. I've given them the chance to make it right, but now I'm warning others to not purchase from Furniture Row-- we definitely will not be back.

There were 2 recliners on the floor and one, as the sales associate said "had a hitch in its giddy up". He made sure we received the good one. They explained the two different finance options and signing up for the one I chose was as easy as they mentioned. We left smiling and satisfied with our choice. The pickup; I failed to bring my receipt. They said not a problem and asked for my ID. They helped me measure my sofa and my vehicle and figured it would fit. I pulled around to the warehouse and the two gentleman helping me load the sofa were pleasant and careful with my purchase.
