Began working with Don at CTG in Blaine last year when we were building our new house. He was awesome to work with from design to delivery. The cabinets look amazing and the price was untouchable by the custom cabinet maker our builder recommended. We have gone back in the past year to add cabinets in a walk in closet, built a min-bar in our now finished lower level LR and even found some cabinets in their discount room that I am using in the garage for extra storage. It seemed to start off wrong with the installer measuring for the cabinets. We ended up with cabinets that were too small for the space and they just added fillers. Installation took over a week and by then the insurance covering housing for the water damage had run out. We just gave up and opted to stay with the too small cabinets. Still waiting for missing parts and getting the countertop people in to estimate. What a disaster. read more

Since I began my design career, it has been like pulling teeth to get associates to acknowledge me when I walk into their places of business. Not the case for this location. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and immediately asked if I needed help. The designer Megan who was there that day quickly went into action on a design I was working on for a new construction build. Needless to say by the time I left, we picked out cabinet frames and colors, quartz countertops, pulls and knobs and I even had a 3D render of the awesome space with a quote! Plus the added bonus of a tour of the warehouse. Wow!! I told her she'll never be able to get rid of me now because I will most definitely be back here for all of my cabinetry needs. Since my initial visit, we've been corresponding by email and she always responds in a timely manner...I love this place!! read more

Be Aware...CTG Blaine, MN do not hire preferred installer MC SQUARED CONSTRUCTION, INC.   They do not install the supporting brackets, braces or drawer rail screws and hides mistakes.  Per Zack Monk, CTG Central Regional Manager and Kenny Williams, President of the install department their installers do not and do not have to install per the manufacturer's assembly instructions. read more

I love my new kitchen! From concept to design to execution Naomi and Don worked with me step by step. They recommended a wonderful contractor. The cabinets are high quality and look great. Going into the showroom was very helpful. Naomi recommended great cabinet pulls and a great design. The countertop is high quality. In the end I went from an outdated 80's kitchen to a fresh, modern kitchen with an improved layout. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So many headaches working with this company and I really regret coming here. My cabinets were delayed several weeks and when it finally arrived at their store, they didnt even bother telling me and still missing parts and handles that I have to pick up from their store. I paid my countertops and install in full but my order was never sent to their suppliers after 2 months . I suggest you go to another store that is professional and would really care for their customer instead of this company whose associates are only chasing after their sales quota for the month. read more

Went with Cabinets to Go for my family's kitchen renovation earlier this year. Had a great experience with them, the cabinets have been installed now for 6 months and have no regrets. A few of the things we ordered were on back order initially but we were informed of that right away and didn't have to wait much longer for them to come in. Their prices beat everyone in the area that we talked to and everything was included were other places things like soft closing doors were options and add-ons. If we were to do another kitchen renovation in the future they would be my first call. read more

They seem to have more business than they can handle. While we were in the process of going through the layout of our kitchen cabinets, we saw at least 3-4 customers walk in and then subsequently have to leave because we were with the only employee there that day. I told my husband later how very unfortunate this was for owner as apparently he is losing SO much business just by not hiring more employees to help out his probably VERY frustrated and overworked current employees. read more

Since the February my wife and I have dealt with poor customer service. If I was to start over I would go elsewhere. Until I sent an e-mail to "Cabinets to go" corporate office it was useless to try and get help from this location. The salesman we were dealing with turned out to be the manager of the store. For 2 weeks every time I called he was out of office. Either his kid was sick or he was sick or out of the office I couldn't get any help. Patty would answer the phone and just say he was out of the office, without even trying to help. After the e-mail to the head office I thought that things would change. NO. Takes them a couple of days to respond to e-mails. Phone calls still get you no-where. Since only one person the manager can do the final measurement you are on their schedule. Next time I think about doing a remodel of my kitchen I will probably look for a different vendor. read more

Horrible experience, horrible Customer Service, very bad communication and delay of project. Don't use Cabinets to Go, it has been over 14 weeks and I am still short important cabinets; I was promised that I would have them in 3 weeks. Communication was impossible with the main sales rep (you know who you are) in the Blain location after we paid for the order, i tried to call him at least 10 times with no response to my messages. We are still awaiting important pieces to finish our kitchen the rep keeps saying they are supposedly coming from CA soon. I warn you not to use Cabinets 2 Go for your project, the money you might save (if any) will be offset by the frustrations and delay of your project. One other thing, some of the parts we ordered are back ordered until late July (over 4 months late!), I'm not holding my breath! Don't buy anything from here! read more

I've ordered several kitchen cabinets from CTG within the last year and their product is fantastic. Can't beat the price, quality and delivery time. I will be back again soon to order more cabinets for the next kitchen. They also have a nice selection of bathroom vanities. I've purchased the vanities with the marble top. BUYER BEWARE!!! Our experience with this store/company has been one of the worst ever. The customer service is atrocious. They would never call us with information. We waited 3 weeks after we made our our order before we called only to be told that they knew our order was going to be late, but they hadn't bothered to call us. Every time we called over the next couple weeks we were given false promises of when our cabinets were going to be delivered. We finally got fed up and cancelled our order. That happened on a Thursday. The following Tuesday my husband got an email telling us that we would have the cabinets on December 23rd. We called back and demanded the refund. We are still waiting for our refund a week and a half after we cancelled our order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! read more

We had an unexpected kitchen remodel and went with this company to quickly get cabinets designed and installed. Long story short, not the best quality and their customer service gets this 1 star rating. Painfully waiting to get them to come back and fix a pantry where the sides are bursting at the seams, hardware that doesn't allow the drawer to close evenly and door that lock in an open position. Having to get general contractor back involved with a sub contractor for what appears to be a routine customer service issue and/or product issue should NEVER happen. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service. read more

If you want good customer service from them, you seem to have to be a contractor and Male! Don't bother being acknowledged when you walk in or after 10 minutes. And if you make an appointment with a designer, make sure they will actually be there and don't expect anyone else to help you either. I had a male friend go in in his work (contractor) clothes to get me a quote and he received help immediately by the person that ignored me the first time. Talk about a slap in the face for someone that was really wanting to give them my money for a potentially large project! read more

I purchased my cabinets from Cabinets to Go last year and was very happy with them until I began to notice a light colored line appearing at the edges of the doors. The panels were not dried properly when the lumber was cut. Then I noticed that there was space between the doors allowing you to see into the cabinets. The doors and drawer fronts actually were shrinking and the lines were the difference between the dark finish and the lighter raw wood. I contacted Cabinets To Go who seemed more than willing to honor the warranty. It is a Lifetime Warranty. They assured me that new doors and drawers fronts were on the way. That was four months ago! No doors and the excuse is that the China factory has not fulfilled the order. No date for delivery in sight. There is no refund for having to have someone remove the defective doors, install the new replacements, and re-install the hardware. If the cabinet shells prove to be as bad a quality, I will have to replace my entire kitchen including new countertops not to mention the labor costs. You may save money on the cabinets but I assure you, it will not be worth the hassle in the end. read more

Everything seemed good up front. The showroom quality and the actual product quality differ greatly from what I received. I asked if they came in boxes for transportation purposes, they said yes, They said nothing of the having to assembly. All other cabinets I have purchased have come pre-assembled, NOT these!!!! Beware!!! I'm pretty handy so I thought I would give it a go! First box I opened had 2 big scratches on the front panel, so closed that box and on to number 2. the second box was bowed and didn't fit together. It would have required additional screws to bring the sides together. It felt like the old "bait and switch routine" What you order and what you are promised and two very different things... Returning was a nightmare!!! The manager Don was horrible to deal with, very oppositional and contractual, when able to get a hold of him. He's hardly in the office and apparently doesn't return phone calls... Warehouse is not climate controlled and 90% inventory is stored horizontally when the all the boxes state to be stored vertically, hence the bowing of my cabinets. They state the drawer are dovetailed and they are not!!! Wood pegs the fit together and have to be glued. I could go on and on. Poor product, and terrible customer service... Would not recommend them ever.. You get what you pay for... read more
