Love these lights and company is super responsive with wonderful customer service. I've used them in 2 project - one in a bathroom (cylinder 515 swell) and one in a master bedroom next to the bed (cylinder 513 swell). e.g. eco clear w/ brushed nickel Both light came out beautiful and really added that extra touch to the rooms and really made the rooms light up. When I ordered the 2nd set of lights, I took advantage of send the hardware (now/asap) then send the hand blow glass later. Something happened where the fixture showed up but missing the mounting hardware. Sent an email with pics and they sent the missing parts ASAP. WOW - I was impressed. That's great customer service. In May of 2023, I ordered the 767 Swell in Steel Blue. They were absolutely gorgeous but, unfortunately, the blue didn't go well with the new cabinets. I contacted Customer Service and asked if I could exchange them for the Slate Gray. I was instructed to send them back and once the new ones were made, they'd send them out to me. The slate gray is also absolutely gorgeous and we love them! I would definitely purchase from them again. read more

We ordered the 767 Swell 3 Pendant Cascade Chandelier Steel Blue with 20-Foot Cord Length and two 768 Swell Single Pendant Lights Steel Blue with 15-Foot Cord Lengths. The website says to allow 8-12 weeks. We received ours in 12 weeks. When the handyman broke one of our glass shades by accident, the replacement order was 40% discounted and only took 2 weeks for delivery. We also had to order replacement wiring; however, we were able to mail the old wiring back for a partial refund. The chandeliers look terrific. The material is quality. Our friends have complimented our beautiful new lights. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the length of time to get the order. read more

We went to Bicycle to look at pendants for our kitchen island. The staff was extremely helpful in showing us options and making recommendations about how to place the pendants for best effect. We had a tour of the factory and sat for a lengthy consultation with one of the owners. We look forward to receiving our made to order pendants and hanging them in early fall. Be aware that you'll need to make an appointment to tour the business - but their website makes scheduling a breeze. As an aside, the glass used is all recycled - a nice way to reuse our resources. read more

I strongly do not recommend this company. I looked forward to ordering from them after reading their story but my experience was the opposite of what I expected. A series of missing parts, long parts and very slow shipping of replacement parts resulted on my electrician not being able to install both sconces I ordered during their scheduled visit. As I tried to resolve the problem, they relied on qouting "policy" and playing gotcha rather than simply apologizing. They refused to refund express shipping fees even thought the shipment was missing critical parts. I am actually grateful that I got so angry I returned the lights, because they were not what I expected. The hardware looked dated and the very shiny finished was not at all the "brushed" finish advertised. They verbally swore the sconces were "damp rated" but the labeling on them clearly said "dry location only." Lastly, the color did not show with the lights either on or off, so they were very disappointing in style and quality in addition to service. read more

Kinda Dishonest in their business dealings . . . Bought 4 pendants in 2020 and broke one at the beginning of 2023. I contacted them and asked if they could replace the one i bought. They said yes (not true - they no longer had the green glass i originally bought even though i made that clear in the information i presented). They said they could offer the same light in clear (not true - after sending me the replacements, i noticed the shape was slightly different and after contacting them, they let me know the mold had changed (why not say that at the beginning?). They said it would ship in 16 weeks (it did not). They told me at 11 weeks that my order had been in for 6 weeks, and was about to ship (not true, it shipped 5 weeks later). I tried to cancel the order but suddenly the order shipped. Wish i had known this up front, cause the price increase from $325/pendant in 2020 to $575/pendant in 2023 would have been spent elsewhere. I could have bought 4 matching pendants for about the same price as the two replacement ones. . . the things people do to make a buck . . . read more

Would not recommend. Placed order for 2 "swell" pendants. Told it would take 6-10 weeks. At 10 weeks, was told it would take another 2 weeks or so because they were having a problem with their mold. When it arrived, one was great. The other had a flaw on one side that I could live with. The other side had a major flaw in the glass 2-3 inches long where it looked squashed, had a sharp edge and a scratch on the glass. Immediately reported it and customer service said the pics looked fine. I sent more pics and asked that a supervisor call me. Nope. Wouldn't bother to call me back and told me they couldn't see any flaw. Also told me I could return it but would need to get back in line and wait another 12 weeks but no guarantees it would be better. Terrible customer service and doesn't stand behind their product. Update 12/8: got call from co-owner offering to remake the glass. Updating from 1 star to 3 stars. Hoping to get back to 5 stars once I get better glass. Stay tuned! read more

I ordered two pendant lights from a 3rd party vender awhile ago. Long story short when I identified an issue with one of the lights it was outside of the time frame that the 3rd party vender would provide any assistance (won't be buying from that vender again). Upon contacting Bicycle Glass the customer service has been great. We have worked out a satisfactory solution to my issue of a cracked globe. I really appreciate that they were willing to work with me even though it is not required that they do so since I had originally purchased from a 3rd party vender. In the future I will always purchase direct. Reviewing their web page I see that they work with recycled glass which certainly helps the environment. It does take awhile to get product but that's because pieces are made to order. read more

We were looking for pendant lighting for our new kitchen remodel. Having never had an island, I was concerned about which size, type of bulb, etc. I found this company online. They have beautiful glass, handblown pendants (and more). They were so helpful with all my questions. Our lights arrived this week and I can't believe how beautiful they are and can't wait to install. This is a company you should look at if you are in the market for lighting.
