When I brought it up to the register, the very nice employee asked someone else to look it up. But they couldn't find it in person nor online. So, someone else went to look for it. They could not find it either. So the second person started looking in the computer system. The store manager came over and went to see if they could find it or find out what set it might have been in. All of this took 30 minutes. One of the staff finally said to sell us the pillow using a generic code and at the clearance price that other pillows were selling for. Everyone was very nice and very apologetic but someone needed to have agreed to sell it with a generic number earlier. I have worked retail for many years so I do understand that time moves faster for the employees, and I understand the need to find the item; however, to leave a customer waiting at a register for 30 minutes is unacceptable.

When I attempted to make myself clear they hung up on me- lol Called Ferguson Plumbing in Oakdale and they took care of me in minutes. Ordered the vanity with model number I was giving Star. Done some business with Star in the past due to convenience and specialty products. Always amazed at the high prices and the level of conceitedness. After being hung up on I'll shop elsewhere.

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Pacific Kitchen and Home in Oakdale Minnesota a number of…read moreyears ago with a 5 year warranty. About two months ago a spring on the door broke which caused an issue with closing one of the doors. After spending about 1/2 hour on the phone reporting the issue with their warranty dept, they informed me that AZ Audio Service would call to set up and appointment within two business days. (Really, AZ Audio does refrigerator repairs?) Anyway, a call never came, so 5 days later I had to call AZ Audio about the refrigerator repair and they claimed they never got the order from Pacific Kitchen. I had to call Pacific Kitchen back and have them resend the order. I finally had a date for the repair, which was two weeks after my initial call. That date came and went with no repair person showing up. I called back and of course they had an excuse. When they finally did show up a week after that, they had the wrong part and said they would have to reschedule. After another week of waiting, I finally got a call back stating the part that was the issue is not covered by the warranty. After spending 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Pacific Home last night and 20 minutes today, they stated that was the only part not covered by the warranty and I would have to take care of the issue myself. So after about 2 months of trying to get my refrigerator door fixed, countless hours on the phone with Pacific Kitchen, and missing work for several service calls, I'm back at square one. This is the first review of a company I have written as I don't have the time. However, after my experience, I'm hoping that whoever reads this takes my advice as it will save a person a major headache! Bottom line.......................take this advice if you want to save a lot of time and money! Don't buy from Pacific Kitchen and Home. If you decide that you still want to buy from them, you may want to skip the warranty to save yourself a big headache. If you are a glutton for punishment, get the warranty and be prepared for the worst customer service you have ever seen with their authorized repair company AZ Audio and Video. Good luck! Your going to need it.

A replacement order I had to purchase again and has been holding up a remodel close to two months. I had been extremely patient up until the point I realized the priority was getting paid then dismissing customer care. First of many projects I had planned to use Tile shop and will be my last. Will find someone that appreciates the customer shopping experience vs. cutting communication after the receipt is signed.
