Excellent stone selection and outstanding customer service. A great experience from start to finish!

The worst customer service experience we have ever received. They are not friendly at all In fact I would say very rude. Three mature adults sitting at counter doing absoltely nothing and offered no assistance. Not even a welcome greeting! The lady brought us back to the tile after we approched her and never came back and asked if we had any questions or needed help with selection. Do not waste your time going there. Go somewhere else where they are helpful and friendly And appreciate the business. read more

Rude people working at the store, the lady at the front showed us to the back and didn't answer any questions. We then waited in the store for 30 minutes hoping someone would help us and they never did. This should have been the sign to not get a countertop here, but we still went through our contractor and picked a stone and could not be more unhappy. The MSI quartz is not good quality whatsoever, if even a pan sits on it next to the sink it leaves a mark and you have to sit and scrub for 20 minutes to remote the mark. It's going to be incredibly hard to cook in our kitchen with such an easily stained countertop. read more

My wife and I were really impressed with these guys! They have an incredible range of products from granite to quartz to marble and beyond. Their warehouse where all the stone is stored looks like an aircraft hangar from a sci-fi movie, its incredible! The best part of our experience was the customer service. We were in and out in less than half an hour, including signing in, meeting with a product specialist and walking through the warehouse to choose a specific slab of marble. We could have stayed a lot longer if we had wanted to but we got it, picked out the piece we wanted and BOOM, done. The person helping us was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was happy to get help from one of the technicians to pull out a specific piece of marble we wanted to look at. Awesome! The only reason I'm not giving these guys 5 stars is because we can't go to them directly. You have to go through 3rd parties to buy your countertops or whatever you're looking for through Home Depot (like we did) or other retailers in the twin cities. It took the corporate sloths (see the movie Zootopia) over a week from the point of purchase at their store to get us in touch with MSI and only didn't take longer because I called Home Depot to bug them. Once Home Depot were out of the way, MSI contacted me the same day, they came out to laser measure my kitchen two days later and that SAME DAY we went down to their warehouse to pick out our marble. It would be soooooo cool if we would just eliminate Home Depot from the equation and only deal with these guys. Anyway, it is what it is. MSI - Building Supplies Near Me - Maple Grove, Minnesota

I bought 2000 ft of flooring through a dealer/installer from MSI. The flooring is great. BUT, they sent the wrong material for the steps. We needed it "NEXT DAY" but they delayed shipping it for 2 more days. It again was to be shipped "Next day air" but when NJ finally got around to shipping it, they sent it by "Ground". My installer said that he will never deal with MSI again. As a homeowner, I would not recommend MSI either. Their billing practices and ordering procedures STINK. read more

The selection was great but the help was lacking. It seemed as though they wanted to just get rid of us instead of letting us know about additional panel that would fit our project needs.
