Cosme was detailed and exacting making sure he had everything we had asked for. Cosme then returned to do a fresh fish meal for my wife and I. He made tuna, shrimp, and mahi. My wife commented that she will be chasing the taste of the tuna ceviche until we return next year. He then cleaned the entire kitchen leaving it sparkling. Their fees are fair which is $115 per meal plus the cost of groceries which usually came out to $10-20 per person. The chef will also clean all the dishes and the kitchen before leaving. The shuttle fee was also $115 per way (a little steep in my opinion but if you have a large party it would make sense). Note: although they speak English, there were still moments where the language barrier was apparent. For instance, we asked for vegetable egg rolls to go with our Asian meal and instead of the fried spring roll you see at Chinese restaurants, our chef literally made an omelette with eggs rolled up like a log ;) the manager also only texts so if he doesn't pick up the phone, text him.
