You're sure to find all kinds of old Route 66 memorabilia, or stuff made by local artisans. It's all small local businesses, there are no chains around here as far as I know. You're sure to find some cool foreign grub, a nice tattoo parlor, or a kitschy gift shop that focuses on Abq pride. You are directed to a specific row. Once you have gotten your luggage out and secured things out of sight, a small bus appears behind you. The driver will help you with your luggage and then drive you to the terminal (which is very close by) and drop you off (don't forget to tip your friendly driver). As far as the return, we have never waited more than a few minutes for the FastPark bus to appear outside the terminal. The driver will take you right to your space. So easy and fast. And the price is great! Every space is covered (but not enclosed so New Mexico dust will still find a way onto your car if you are parked there for a while). The rewards program is good. We've almost got enough points for three consecutive days of parking. I just finished making a reservation for a fall trip. It is a super simple process.

The shops here are closer to the reservation with lots of Native American artists so it is much more affordable than the same thing in Santa Fe. The area has legit history and age and it was great being able to see and do so much without moving our car. Parking was easy and from the town square you can get to many different shops, restaurants, and attractions. The church was a nice fast stop, but I liked the exterior more than the interior. I was easily through in under 10 minutes. After passing through security, you'll find yourself in a food court with about five options to get something in your before your trip. Also in this area is a plethora of comfy seating to lounge or even nap in, clean restrooms, table space with plenty of charging points, and nice wide walkways headed wherever you are. Probably the most impressive thing, is just how comfortable all the seating is. Even the chairs outside the gate are wide and comfortable. This airport wins on comfort above any other one that I have ever visited.

You'll have plenty of room to run along and get 'em started and they can roll for hundreds of yards before they need to turn or break so they can get up a lot of confidence. Obviously there is a slight risk with kids learning to ride, but this lot seems to be a great empty and private training ground. We saw one car drive through in about two hours, the driver was more scared than we were for sure.
