We have used FastPark twice. We reserved spaces online and signed up for their rewards program too! A reservation guarantees you a space (though I noted they may do valet parking at peak times -- looking at you, Balloon Fest). You are directed to a specific row. Once you have gotten your luggage out and secured things out of sight, a small bus appears behind you. The driver will help you with your luggage and then drive you to the terminal (which is very close by) and drop you off (don't forget to tip your friendly driver). As far as the return, we have never waited more than a few minutes for the FastPark bus to appear outside the terminal. The driver will take you right to your space. So easy and fast. And the price is great! Every space is covered (but not enclosed so New Mexico dust will still find a way onto your car if you are parked there for a while). The rewards program is good. We've almost got enough points for three consecutive days of parking. I just finished making a reservation for a fall trip. It is a super simple process. read more

We're sold on FastPark & Relax: they're polite, on the spot, helpful and have a great reservation and rewards program. Their drivers are there in a flash and drive you safely and efficiently. Never a problem at the gate, coming or going. But do yourself a favor and sign up for the reservation and rewards program: I've seen them full up with no room except for people who've reserved. The prices are higher than they were (what's not, these days?) but the reward days accrue faster than I expect and I'm always happy to find that I've got enough for free parking on a trip. read more

Close the the airport with convenient buses. They usually arrive quickly. I've had to wait a long time once, and I called to ask for the eta rich they were able to give me. The buses are clean. They pick you up and drop you off at your car at the lot. There is a decent loyalty program where your accrue points. Sign up online. You can make reservations online as well. Use the loyalty card when you come into the lot. I wish the cars had more coverage, but the design of the coverings in the lot doesn't allow for it. FastPark is close to the airport and convenient. Their online reservation system is simple and ensures you have a spot before you show up. The buses are clean and new, and I like how they decorate for some of the holidays. You use an app to scan into your account, which is sometimes nice. They aren't quite as convenient to get to as some other parking companies, as you have to get off the freeway a bit early and make a turn or two before you get there. The lot feels smaller than others as well, but I doubt that's really true. That feeling probably also lends itself to generally better security. The only part I don't like is that I can't add a tip for my drivers from my card. So be sure to be prepared with cash to tip the lovely people carting you around and carrying your bags. read more

I've been a customer with Fast Park over the years and sometimes the service is great and sometimes not so great and I shared my experience with you. At that time you were considerate and professional, so I am sharing again, but it's not favorable. I reserved a space for May 10 - May 12 (actually didn't get there until 5/13 at 3:00a) A special request for assistance was part of my reservation. I had a blind friend (sight cane and all) joining me on the trip. When we arrived on 5/10, I was expecting the driver to have some kind of notification that a blind person would be on his route. He didn't, and he was not in the least helpful with her entering the bus. She was very disoriented by the time we sat down. Additionally, we were given instruction to park in row B, but there were NO spaces available in Row B, so we parked along the chain link fence in the most level spot I could find. The high winds in Albuquerque cause wear and tear on our vehicles. Upon returning to Albuquerque after a very long day of flying (all of our connections were late and we arrived 3 hours late at 2 AM. A 15 hour travel day which meant I was required to call the phone number on the ticket to get a van there -- but -- no one answered, I was only able to leave a message. This was distressing, especially given the travel conditions with a long travel day, no water, blind person, and our luggage. I didn't receive a callback, so I tried again about 10 minutes later and someone answered - he let me know the van was en route. When the van arrived, I was the first one to flag him down and point out the sight cane. He completely ignored us. We were not in the white zone, and in fact, we stood in the same place where I entered the van on previous trips. The driver did not come to us, he stopped short by about 70 ft. So, I had to gather her ( I lead with her on one arm) and our luggage and move forward through obstacles for about 70 ft while many people then lined up at the van door in front of us and we almost didn't get on. Your blind passenger cannot ride standing up due to balance issues. However, A kind gentleman (not the driver) helped us get her in the van and he stood instead of being seated. I'm not sure why, but the driver had trouble getting our luggage in my car (the Tucson hatch goes way up and there's an empty space for the luggage). This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Why can't Fast Park have a van there like the other vans that arrived again and again during our wait period? This is very possibly the last time I use Fast Park in Albuquerque. And so that you are not blindsided by a negative review, I am planning to put this review on Yelp. read more

GreT service and great rates, also I accidentally lost my wallet while waiting for my shuttle. I didn't realize it was missing until I was going through the booth to pay for my parking. Luckily the staff were/are empathetic and helpful. They sent me back to the shuttle stop at the airport and I had the great fortune that a Good Samaritan turned it in to the lost and found. Prior to this one I tried a few others, but this one seemed to have their act together, are usually a good combination of efficient and friendly, and make sure you get in and out in an orderly manner. This has been our go-to for airport parking for the last three years. However, our experience last night will have us looking for another option. Their gates stopped working at midnight so we were stuck there (with an over tired kid after a late, long flight) for 25 minutes. They had to completely re-boot the system. I had already paid and they claimed there was no other way to let me off the lot. It is unreasonable that they don't have a contingency plan for letting cars off the lot. I was also over charged for one extra day. If you're looking for Slow Park and Stressed, this is your place. If not, I'd look elsewhere. read more

This is your best option for Sunport Parking. Grab a free paper on your way in and/or a bottle of water. When your whole business is storing cars it's the little things that sets you apart from the other asphalt hoarders. I am always picked up in less than 2 minutes, and they never circle the lot to pick up more riders (not saying they don't pick up other rides, they just don't circle the entire lot looking for people). This is probably because they are literally 2 minutes away from dropping you off at the Sunport. Since it is such a short trip they do not need to fill the bus before heading out. From the time I park my car, to the time I am being dropped off is always 5 or 6 minutes. Same goes for your return trip from the Sunport to the lot. They don't obsess about filling the bus, so you are always picked up quick and spend little time waiting for more passengers. read more

Fast in/out service, friendly staff, very reasonable fares (ruffly $5/day)! If you're flying out of town for less than a week, it might be cheaper to park your car here instead of hailing a taxi to/from your home. Bottled water provided at the kiosk located at the gate as you start your drive home, friendly staff, shuttle drivers help you load/unload your bags (don't forget to tip). Good, cheap and friendly parking. How can you go wrong with $4 a day parking? Free shuttle to and from ABQ. Free newspaper and water upon picking up your car, very hotel-like treatment. This is a solid choice when traveling to and fro the Sunport. It has a great rewards points so you can rack up some free stays when you end up traveling a lot. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. With each visit, you also get a bottle of water at the exit so you can stay hydrated (and we all know dehydration is one of the main causes of jet lag). I only wish the sun covers were a bit larger because no matter where you park, there is sun hitting your car at some point of the day. And if hail came threw, your car would not be spared. read more

This is our favorite park and ride service. They are very consistent, fast, attentive, etc... We never have waited more than 3 minutes to get picked up from our car or airport. They even helped us one night when we landed and realized we had a flat tire coming in at 11pm in the cold... Also the free bottled water is a great perk when you leave since you are usually dehydrated after sitting on a long plane ride! The shuttles are in really good condition and very clean. Prices are super reasonable... We use this lot probably 2 times a month since we travel a lot and wouldn't change it at all. read more

Great service always and it's quick. I just wish it wasn't so expensive or that they gave you a free day after so many or something. They do give a small military discount so that helps. All of their parking is covered so you don't have to worry about weather related issues to parking. We always park here and they have nice cards to use and an express lane and they always give you water when you leave! The employees are all wonderful as well. Due to some confusion on the airlines behalf, we ending up having to change our flight to December 24th. We were dreading having to find parking. After a pleasant conversation with Marc, he assured us Fast Park & Relax would have space for us. We arrived early that morning to a very friendly gate attendant who directed us to a covered parking space. The shuttle was there directly and whisked us away to the airport. Upon our return, we walked out of the airport and right onto a shuttle. That was a great surprise! They dropped us off at our car and helped with our luggage. Normally we use On Time Airport Parking and unfortunately by Thursday of Thanksgiving weekend On Time was full. So we used Fast Park for the 1st time. When we arrived home from the weekend (8+hrs of traveling) they could not find the keys to our car. We waited and then began to worry that they might have given our car to the wrong customer....or worse. Then began the radio conversations asking if any of the other drivers had seen an extra pair of keys in their bus?? That's where they keep the keys to the cars? After about 30 minutes we convinced the bus driver to drive us to the valet lot to at least look for the car. It was there. Not only was the car there but the keys were dangling from the driver side door. This was visible to anyone passing by on Yale. Free Lexus SUV to good home. Someone crafty could have easily jumped the fence and made it past the front gate with a good story. Luckily we still have a car. I do not recommend parking here. read more

Parking here is better than parking at the airport. The parking is covered now. The shuttle bus picks you at your car and sweeps you to the airport. I think it took about five minutes from our car to the front door of the airport. On the way back, they have shuttles running and again drop you off at your car. Price is very reasonable, better than the long term parking at the airport and they have free water and newspapers as well. I arrived at Fast Park. They said they only had valet. Left my keys with them and caught the shuttle to the airport. Arrived on the late flight around 11:00 p.m. There was only one driver so since the shuttle was full I had to wait ~ 25 minutes until pick up. Then they could not locate my valet key or another couples valet key. After riding around in the shuttle for a while I informed the driver I would walk around and find my car. I located my truck (the door was open and keys in the side) and there were 9 cars parked behind it. I helped the other couple find there car and luckily only one car was behind it. I had to help the driver move all of the cars. One car didn't start so we had to jump it. Moral of the story, make sure and stay away from valet and late night flights if your parking at FastPark. Otherwise, they are good. read more
