They were resurfacing the lot. Parked my car, 4 days later car , covered by fine mist of tar. No one would even respond. Don't park here

Had some stuff sprayed on my car. Contacted them and they paid to have it taken care of.

I have been parking here almost weekly for more than a year. The last time I parked there, ALL of the gasoline from my car was stolen. I filed a written complaint with the management and received no response. They have lost a good customer and I highly recommend you find somewhere else to park your car at ABQ. read more

This review is based on one experience part A and Part B. I had a flight to Chicago on Christmas Eve. Having never flown out of Albuquerque airport on Christmas Eve I mistakenly believe there would be parking in their parking lot but there wasn't. After I tried every possibility near the airport, I was desperate for a parking space and pulled into the parking area for this business. There was an Asian woman standing outside the office who greeted me when I rolled down my window. I told her I had a flight in 90 minutes and could not find a parking space any place and she said quote don't panic I have an option for you. She then told me about their overflow parking area which was basically a deserted lot behind a building across the street. She told me to follow the cones go there and it would be a shuttle. I rapidly exited her lot went across the street followed the cones and saw a shuttle bus so I parked. The gentleman running the shuttle welcomed me gave me a ticket and told me to hold on to it told me that the fair would be $7 per day which I had no issue with I got on the bus he drove me to the airport and I safely retained my parking stub. Beautiful worked out great. Part b. On my return from Chicago I pulled out my parking stub while waiting for my luggage and realized there was no phone number on the hand written stub. I went outside where the shuttles typically arrive and lo and behold there was actually a very helpful sign with the park and shuttle phone numbers for businesses. I called they told me a shuttle was on the way. I waited maybe 10 minutes and then the shuttle arrived. I got on it along with a few other people all of whom were parked in the main parking area at the business. I explained I was in the overflow lots and I had my stub. The driver took me to the office where I jumped off the bus paid my money in cash got back on the bus and he drove me back over to where my car was. All in all, I was ever so grateful to this business for not only providing its service, but having the foresight to have an overflow lot, and also for having great employees that were extremely helpful. I am a loyal person and so this business has earned my loyalty and I will be back in just a few weeks. Thank you. read more

I'm pretty sure most, if not all, of the parking and shuttle services around the Sunport are precisely the same aside from minor day rate costs and negligible distances from the airport. Albuquerque has, let's face it, one of the most adorable airports in the country, with very few direct flights to great cities, and the speediest walk from the gate to the baggage claim the world over. Thus, if you've got some bone to pick with the various parking services adjacent, you're probably an unnecessarily angry and stressed-out individual. Consider a day spa. For the rest of us, the imaginatively titled Park & Shuttle offers a pretty solid price point (about $4 per day for an uncovered spot), friendly employees and regular rides to and from the airport. read more

I have used Park & Shuttle many times! They have never let me down! Safe, friendly & efficient!

I usually use their coupons that you can print out from their website. As soon as you drive into the parking lot, the van comes within minutes, sometimes seconds. They give you a card with your parking space written on it and pick you up right from your parking spot. It only takes a few minutes to get to the airport since they are the first lot in front of the airport. After returning, I find that if the van isn't already waiting for you, they come within minutes. I never have to call for a pick up. Then they ask for your card that was given to you with the parking spot and drive you right to it. The regular cost for parking uncovered is $4 per day. The short-term coupon will save you a dollar per day, but the long-term coupon rate is $2.50 per day. So even though the original cost was $56, the long-term rate made it $35 instead. They do add tax to the final amount. I find the staff very friendly, and when I ended up with a delayed flight, they acually let me take my car out of the lot without charging me, provided that I return. With such service, of course I returned! Although I haven't tried out any of the other lots, I don't really feel the need to do so, so I plan to stay loyal to this place unless something drastically changes. read more

I've been using their service since moving here from east coast mid 2012. Every one of their drivers is professional and helpful in their own ways in addition to the standard but great service the whole team present, no matter if I'm parking at 4:30am or getting my car after midnight. I booked a flight out on Thanksgiving Eve 2015, was concerned about what it would be like at the airport as it was my first time traveling during that holiday. The gal shuttled me from the lot to airport terminal was the daughter of the owner family. She was pleasant and took pride in the family operation. I commended their staff's consistent good customer service. I was the only one she took to the terminal and the rest was smooth operation, too. I am thankful to be living in a small city during times like that and to interact with family-owned local business. read more

Park & Shuttle is the way to go at ABQ. As you drive in, they are seconds behind you to pick you up. The drivers are helpful and pleasant, getting out of their vans to help with luggage. It is hard to complain out the cost (especially moving to NM from New York). You are just minutes away from the terminal and on a nice day you can walk to the lot within 10 mins if you want. read more

Prompt, friendly, less expensive than some of their competitors, particularly when using the plentiful coupons. Vans are definitely older and not as well kept, but for a quick ride to and from the terminal it's not that big of a deal. Very limited covered spaces available. read more

It was cool. Park and Shuttle had a 1/2 price coupon if you parked 14 days or more. I parked 15 days, paid using my coupon but when I got home I realized that I was overcharged. I called 3 times to talk to the manager and left 2 messages. She never called me back. Won't park there again, even for 1/2 price. read more

Been a loyal customer here for years. Lately there shuttle service is cutting back. Lot spaces are 2 small for vehicles resulting in damage. Coupon tempt ion is ridiculous. Printed wrong coupon, long term vs daily and the wouldn't honor it. Attitude was "Tough." GO TO FASTPARK INSTEAD! read more

Park & Shuttle is fantastic! I was running late and I was worried that I wouldn't get to my flight on time. They rushed me to the airport and helped me with my bags. I parked my car with them for 3 weeks and when I got back the battery wouldn't start. The van driver tried to help me and after awhile he got one of the workers to get me a jump free of charge. The price for the parking was very low. It was initially $84 but I got a discount to bring it down to $63 for 3 weeks. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. Customer service is everything!
