Only reason I'm giving a 4 is because I believe in customer service is important and I didn't think that was delivered. I received my balloons they looked fantastic all intact and they did an awesome job. But when I asked a day before the delivery to change the delivery time by 1 hour due to the extreme heat the response exactly I got was... Too late for delivery changes. We will see you at 5pm and if the heat worries you, don't worry just keep the balloons indoors until the time you will tie them around.. There was no okay let me see what I can do to accommodate the situation or maybe we can deliver at this time instead. It was a dead no! That made me mad it was my day and I had to pay $10 extra to have the balloons delivered at a certain time in the first place and I couldn't change it to an hour later. No explanation or anything. So that rubbed me wrong. As customer service should be a main priority. Not to mention I said in the email it was a gender reveal surprise so I would meet the guy at the end of the driveway. And what happens he walks up to the house with all the balloons in hand. So communication needs to be worked out here but again I would hire them again and the balloons did arrive and looked great. read more

I was asked by my Company's owner close to 5 pm to have 100 balloons delivered for a company meeting the next morning here in Calabasas. I didn't know where to even start looking so late in the day. Called a few local companies I found online who advertise balloon delivery. None of them could make the delivery to us by 10 am the next morning and if they could, they charged way too much. Then I called Cabrera's Balloons. Jackie was so nice and accommodating. Took my order, agreed to deliver the balloons within a very short window that I gave her (not before 9:30, but no later than 10:30 am, closer to 10 am is preferred) and that's exactly what she did. She was here at 9:55 am, with 100 balloons in all the right colors I requested. Easy, fast, reliable and fairly priced!
