The last three times we used the drive-up window took almost 40 minutes?!?! Today, when going to pick up Rx's called in almost four hours previously, after waiting for 15 minutes for the car ahead of me, ours weren't ready and I was instructed to circle around and get into the back of the line. After waiting an additional 15 minutes the other car still had not moved, I went inside. My one Rx was ready but I would need to come back Monday for the other one. I asked the girl why she had me move to the back of the line, so three more cars ahead of me, but the car at the window had now been there 20 minutes. Her flippant response was outrageous! I will be moving all our meds to Walmart and no longer support this local business.

They never return phone calls they don't let you know if your medication has been accepted or denied with insurance until you go and pick it up and you get told that your insurance wont approve it they do not make any extra efforts to remedy the situation. They have left me with out insulin for 2 weeks at a time because of their failure to send in the required paperwork to insurance companies.

I'm calling it that because the rest of the store looks and feels 3X bigger than most Walmarts! Now having said that, Walmart is Walmart! It is what it is! A place I go to get a specific brand of Bass fishing worm. They have a decent sporting goods department in most stores which is the hook for me. This store also has a LOT of USU gear so you look right when you go to the school's sporting events! It's also one of the largest chains in the world and this store helps a lot of families set their kids up on and off campus! There are a ton of self check out kiosks! Waiting in lines is not for me! Yes it's giant! Yes they have almost everything on earth and yes, it'll cost you less than most everywhere else! And this Walmart is a five star Walmart!

The Pharmacists and Techs are super friendly and will do what they can to assist you in a timely manner. One rather weird part about this CVS is the clinic portion where they administer vaccines. They don't have a real dedicated spot for it. You're sitting on a chair in the cosmetics department while anyone and everyone is rolling around with carts next to you. It's odd to say the least and not something this place can really control since CVS took over the pharmacy long after the store was built. It would be nice to see some space carved out for a bit more privacy.
