Sadly, while the store is nice, well stocked and clean...service, or lack thereof was a total bummer. We popped in with nothing in particular on our radar, but I always enjoy the hats and shirts at MH. The hat selection was okay, as was the shirt selection. Pricing did not seem super reflective of outlet pricing for majority of the items in the store. We were in the store for about 10 minutes, made eye contact with both Associates, one behind the register and one on the floor, and not either time did someone acknowledge or speak to us. Seems super odd, especially with a high energy brand like Mountain High and the fact that the store is fairly small, so we were rubbing elbows and not talking. Overall, the service is what stands out for me, which is a bummer, because I enjoy visiting Mountain High when I come across a location.
