Our metal roof sprung a small leak. I'm not upset about it, stuff happens under even the best of circumstances. An honest business would say "oops" and fix it, and all would be rainbows and unicorns. The roof was under warranty, so I tried to contact the owner. I have tried four times, via different means (text, email, website), over many months, to get this done. No response at all. What really burns, this company has taken my original glowing review and reprinted it on their website--attributing it to someone else--but won't even call me back. I suppose i should be grateful for the overall integrity of the original work, and I am--which is why there are two stars here instead of one.
