First of all, if you haven't yet set foot in here....you NEED to! It is the epitome of what desert style is all about. They don't just sell flowers here. The entire store is filled with some amazing finds, many of which are desert themed. If you are someone who is visiting this area, I highly recommend stopping here to grab some souvenirs to take home. The assortment is vast and you are bound to find something you like. Most Florist in the area were quoting an obscene amount for what we were asking and most were far so add on a delivery fee. I can't remember who we met with (So Sorry ) but she was great! We went there with a bunch of jumbled ideas and not many photos of what we wanted, we told her what we didn't want and let her know what flowers we liked and I don't know how she did it but did she made it happen!!! My husband ended up picking a large protea to add to our decor. I was a bit nervous, as I was unable to see her vision, but I felt she knew exactly what she was doing. My bouquet was beautiful and our centerpieces were stunning. Thank you for putting all out jumbled thoughts into such a beautiful work of art! We did have to pick them up, as we were about 40 mins away but they made sure our flowers were fresh and they lasted for well over a week!!! Please allow me to provide a little back story for some color. I was planning a visit to the vixen I met in Pioneertown. You know the one that changed my DNA? Yeah, that one. We're currently the most in lerve couple in the universe, full stop. There's no competition, and we don't compete anyway, because we're too busy showing the world that love does truly still exist. So anyway, I had a flight scheduled to visit her for this weekend, but I wanted to send her some flowers before my arrival. When I ordered the flowers, Cactus Flower Florist could do next day delivery. During the check out process, I included a totally honest note, that I typed in expecting the card to be printed off, and stuffed into the flowers. I wanted to make sure my love goddess was going to be home to receive the delivery of the "cube" (if that's what we're calling it) bouquet. Now for the 5 stars. This is 2 parts. Me: Are you working tomorrow? Her: Nope Me: Good Her: Why Her: You're coming 2 days early. Her: OMG I'm so excited. That was not the case, but I immediately opened up the flight app to find an earlier flight in fact 2 days earlier. Vase shape is much less of a concern now. Lastly, when you type out a sexy love letter to go along with your Sunflower bouquet in a "cube", this is where Cactus Flower Florist goes above and beyond. They potentially have a high school girl taking on the high stress responsibilities of transcribing from the computer orders to paper, BY HAND (see photo) any and all letters. 5 STARS. Two stars for having online ordering & delivery was done as promised. The flowers we ordered for our dying grandmother were not what was on the site. It was half greenery! And we got the "deluxe" version which was an obvious waste. I'm very disappointed because our grandma deserved better that & they decided to get cheap when we were trying to brighten our grandma's day since we couldn't be there with her. When you pay over 100 for an arrangement & delivery you expect something better than what can be picked out of a grocery store. I hope that when people go with any florist, whether they are sending to wish a happy birthday, condolences or any other reason that the florist takes it to heart what the customer is trying to do & express & not get cheap with the ordered arrangement.
