Purchased a gun through Gunbroker.com. Admittedly, I was slow at retrieving the FFL documentation needed from the local gun dealer. I made several phone calls, left messages and sent communication to Cactus Tactical. I would receive a smug response back. Now, they are attempting to bully me into changing their F rating on gunbroker. They gave me an F rating as a buyer. I hope future consumers see this posting and choose to do business elsewhere. Probable THE WORST internet seller out there. They are dishonest and will do everything, including lying about the condition of returned items to avoid paying a refund. There are hundreds of stores selling tactical equipment out there, pick one of those instead to Cactus Tactical and save yourself some grief and money. There is nothing good to say about this place. I ordered a shotgun rail for $139.99 and a shotgun side saddle or $46.99. Both of these items were advertised for a Mossberg 590. The rail fit perfect and was as described. The side saddle bracket did not fit at all and is useless for my shotgun. After speaking to the unprofessional, harsh and vulger "Art", he explained to me that I had to send him a picture proving my point. He didn't believe me, the customer. When he saw the picture i sent him, he tried to accuse me of putting an after-market fore-end on the shotgun which I didn't. I had to lead him to the Mossberg website to prove this was a market Mossberg 590. Once he saw that I was right, he back peddled, but then told me that I would have to pay for return shipping, get an RMA and pay a restocking fee which would end up costing me about $20 and make it not worth it. Customer service is horrible, unprofessional and not worth dealing with. Needless to say, I won't be using this company again and it is ashamed, I am in the market for an AR-15, .308, .40 Sig and maybe a pistol for my wife. Darn, they lost out big!!! read more

I needed a new Serpa holster for a Millenium G2 that I carry so I turned to Google. The best price was on Walmart.com. It said sold and shipped by walmart so I ordered it. About a week later I got the holster. It wasn't made for my gun. I went on the website and it said that it was shipped by Cactus Tactical. Apparently Walmart ran out and decided for me to ship from Cactus. I called Walmart and they said that I ordered the correct part number. I contacted Cactus and explained that the holster was the wrong one. They blamed EVERYONE but themselves. They refused to pay return shipping. I ate the shipping and sent the holster back to Cactus. After nearly 2 months and multiple calls I got my return but it was 15% less than I paid. Those Morons actually had the BALLS to charge me a restocking fee. Can you believe that after shipping the wrong item and making me pay the return shipping they actually had the nerve to charge a restocking fee? DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR, Stay away from these losers! They are con men and will screw you for a nickel if they can. There are a ton of tactical suppliers out there. Some will actually value your business. These clowns don't! read more
