Back on 3/9/21, Dunn's Sporting Goods showed a Springfield Hellcat w/ Manual Safety "In Stock" and I immediately sent an email to confirm this. I received an email, in 10-15 minutes, stating that they did indeed have them available. I placed my order along with the FFL info later that night, and it was shipped the next evening, 3/10/21, via UPS 2nd Day Air. On 3/12/21 it was received by my FFL dealer. The next afternoon, 3/13/21, I completed the required paperwork and picked it up. The whole sales process was smooth, pleasant, and efficient and their price was one of the best I'd seen. I put myself on the e-mailing list for Dunn's several months ago but just recently purchased from them for the first time. They had a tremendous sale price on the Beretta A300 Shotgun and I bought two; one for each of my Sons for Christmas. Wow will they be surprised! My experience was second to none. I ordered the Shotguns around noon and by 3pm I had received an e-mail with shipment tracking information. I had not yet even contacted my FFL but Dunn's did that for me! Won't be back again, last time I was in I had help at the reel department by an older gentleman & got the help I needed. This time I was looking to just purchase a rod reel combo but the young college kid couldn't get out of talking about his college fishing tournaments with another customer! The place was slammed so I was hoping milling around 20mins or so would get someone to help but instead the guy behind the reel counter continued to gloat with a customer so I left without what I came to buy & still spent apx 75$ but due to poor service I'll go elsewhere read more

Clearly the best stocked for all round equipment. Hunting, fishing, firearms, just about any outdoor sport you can think of. Always have a good selection of reloading components (which is mainly why I go there). Unfortunately, they get 3 of 5 stars from me because they have without doubt the worst planned parking lot and road access I've ever seen. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I purchased waders online that said were in stock but later got a email stating they won't be in until the following summer. I followed up to get a refund and they said they would process it. A couple weeks went by and still didn't get the refund so I emailed them back with no response. I have emailed them several times with no response..... so I guess they will be getting a subpoena for small claims court. read more

They treat you like family every time you walk in the door. The owner took my 7 year old to shoot some cross bows because my son though they looked cool and my son still talks about it to this day. The customer service is the best I ever had and the owners are truly caring and work with their customer to provide a great experience. Wade W. Bad place to order shot gun shells! They did not get my order correct and did not act like it was a big deal. I was told that that just happens and you can't get a receipt after you ask for one. The sales person was not very friendly and it took three weeks to get my order. I will not order from here again nor refer anyone to order shells from here. read more
