He came early in the time frame and told me he needed 45 minutes to do the repair. Luis finished the job under the time and made sure it was perfect. After he left I noticed how poorly the mulch had been installed. Corners were cut and bulging. He even tried gluing then down. He came out a second time to fix the problem but said he didn't have the right material and would be back in 2 weeks to fix the issue.
