The good: my initial interaction was great. They were quick to respond, easy to schedule online and dealing with my insurance was a painless process. The man I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I needed to replace my drivers side window. We discussed replacing the window and matching the tint to the other windows in my car. I booked an appointment for 10:00 am (it was not a time frame, a specific time). The bad: by 10:30, no one had shown up or called me. They called a little after that and showed up close to 11:00. Not really a problem, just frustrating that there was no apology or explanation. Whatever, they showed up, the techs were friendly and completed the window replacement quickly. The biggest issue arose at the end, the techs gave me my key back and said they were done but if I wanted my window tinted I would have to book another appointment and pay $170. I explained that this was supposed to be part of my insurance claim and should be done today. They apologized and said my initial representative would reach out that day. He never called. A few days later I reached out to him and he responded that I should go elsewhere to get the job finished. I was then dismissed. I was just surprised that I was treated so rudely. We didn't have any animosity in our previous encounters so this was shocking to me. I am very upset and I now have to reach out to my insurance company to figure out what to do next. I would definitely not use this company again and I will tell my insurance company the same.

Doug did the leg work and contacted the insurance and arranged the claim, work order and repair date. He is also a gun guy to talk to on the phone. Luis PAC was the technician that came out. He came early in the time frame and told me he needed 45 minutes to do the repair. Luis finished the job under the time and made sure it was perfect. Bonus points because he made a easy removal tab with the blue tape to remove it with ease. Great work Luis and Doug.

After he left I noticed how poorly the mulch had been installed. Corners were cut and bulging. He even tried gluing then down. He came out a second time to fix the problem but said he didn't have the right material and would be back in 2 weeks to fix the issue. He did not show that day so I asked my insurance company to send out someone else. When the new company came to replace the molding they found his glue had pulled off the paint at the corner.
