Cameron, the owner, also promised to connect me with a ding specialist to address some dings, a follow-up he never made. Shortly after the detail, a trim piece came loose in an unusual location that I attributed to the service. About 21 days later I stopped by to have it snapped back in place -- a simple fix worth maybe $20. Cameron refused. His position was that I had waited too long to report it and had not communicated quickly enough. When I pointed out the disproportion -- $1,100 spent, a $100 tip given, and a $20 fix declined -- he scoffed and held firm. Two unfulfilled commitments. No goodwill gesture. No accountability. The detail work itself is good, but if Cameron makes you a promise or something goes wrong after the service, don't expect follow-through or any effort to make it right.

However, after my son got the vehicle and was able to log into the Tesla App it showed that the car was actually the Mid Range model. Upon informing them that the model is not the model my son wanted and not the model they advertised and that he thought he was buying, they only defended their internal computer systems and said that all their systems say it is the Long Range model. However, we clearly indicated that the Tesla App, the in car display, and Tesla themselves confirms that the model is not Long Range but Mid Range, yet they indicated that this was Tesla's fault and that we should take up the matter with them. After nearly a month of discussions, they eventually offered to buy back the vehicle but not at full price and they actually had the nerve to want to charge him $1000 for reconditioning the vehicle. The total amount of loss for my son would have been over $3K which I indicated was totally unacceptable since they sold him a vehicle that was different from what they advertised, even if it was done unintentionally, it doesn't really matter. It is mind boggling that they seem to be only concerned about defending their computer systems than righting what is a clear and obvious wrong. So, if despite all of this info you still decide to shop with them, my advice is to be very careful and check everything. Clarify, confirm, and question everything, because if something isn't right on their end, and you sign on the dotted line, you will be the one to suffer. They don't appear to have any accountability.

I stopped a tech outside that was talking to customers and asked what's the average time for what I needed and explained I'm literally leaving town right now, he said maybe 2 hours. ugh. by the grace of god my first call just so happened to be Zach's location. friendly, nice, and understanding of my emergency. I drove over, they plugged my tire, did a quick inspection since I was driving a long way, and had me on the road in 30 mins.. unbelievable service. I'll never go anywhere else.

This saved me money as the tires were already off the rims. I would also highly recommend getting an alignment if your car has not had one in along time. I was way out of spec. I am glad Zach recommended it. I now noticed a huge difference on the highway with less road noise and better tracking. I would highly recommend this location.

Found a coupon for Timing Belt Replacement starting at $399.95, called to ask about it. Was told they were about 4 days behind, gave me an appointment about a week out. Was ok with that. Husband and I took off work to go to appt, found out it was at least 4 days for the actual work to get done. I was dropping off on a Friday and wouldn't get the car until Thursday is what I was told. They might have gotten it to me earlier if possible. Then was asked if we were aware of the pricing, we said we had a coupon for it to be $399.95 or so, knowing it would be a little more because that is normal. She told us it would be $1750. We asked why, was told it was a package deal and a serpentine belt and something else would be done also. They charge for each thing separately, including the labor hours, even though it is all done at one time. We asked if we could just do the coupon and they told us no, it was a package deal and it was a discount. Chris, Thank you for your response to the review. As you stated, when we were there you explained the price and why, not when the original appointment was made a week ago. Upfront pricing is always appreciated. We also did not ask for a serpentine belt or tensioner, we specifically requested to not have those. We did ask about the water pump, and did understand that would be an extra price. Would have been happy to have not had that done either if it was an option and the "coupon" price was given.
