Checked in to our rooms, room was pretty clean, however I still did my own wipe down and inspection. My only complaints would be: the ac/heat unit is noisy, the bed and pillows are slightly uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend this location for a stay. Close to nice restaurants and stores! Friendly staff! They even called to let me know I left my rings and had them at the front desk for me to pickup! That was excellent!!

He was lacking customer service skills for this job. More importantly this hotel has a very disjointed layout that spans a number of disconnected buildings. It is confusing to navigate and if the weather is bad you have to walk outside to breakfast and back. Strangely in the building we were in there was no ice machine - was there even one in the main building? And again another Marriott property with no easy to access outlets bed side - you know people plug in their phones at night! Finally the breakfast was pretty weak for a Residence Inn - actually worse than some of the Fairfields we have stayed at on this trip and certainly inferior to the RI in Bentonville. The only plus was the rate was good.
