First of all, they've done a great job with the place. It looks a bit sterile from the pictures, but in person it's a different vibe. Love the tables, seating, and layout. Now for the coffee... Their Moqana Latte is a beautifully made. It's rare to find a signature latte that is rich in flavor without being overbearingly sweet. It allows the quality of the espresso to actually shine through. Plus, the latte art was a nice touch. It's almost a shame to take that first sip, but the flavor makes it worth every bit. And then, there's their Pistachio Cake. I believe they bake it in-house. I was expecting a decent slice but this was moist, with a decadent consistency reminiscent of a tres leches cake. It's light yet indulgent, and easily one of the best desserts I've had in the area recently. Their service is great. They're open late, a plus for the night shift people. The atmosphere is charming and the quality is consistent. Looking forward for my next latte. read more

I forgot how cool this coffee shop is. I have not been to visit in a long time. Decided to order the tiramisu latte with oat milk and 1/2 sweet flavoring. My drink was delicious. It was very smooth and flavorful. The service was great. The young lady was super nice and helpful. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and inviting. I love Baked Goods!! I had been seeing pictures of the Pistachio Rose Milk Cake so I made my way on down to give it a try. The coffee shop is beautiful, a great place to relax and enjoy a warm beverage and a pastry. As I walked in I was very warmly welcomed and informed about their offerings. I was even given a sample of the Muffawar Coffee it had cardamom in it and was very good, I also was given a sample of the Green Tea with Ginger and I will definitely be back for that I was feeling a little under the weather so I enjoyed it. I placed a to go order for the Adeni Chai Tea, a piece of the Pistachio Rose Milk Cake and the Caramel Milk Cake. The Chai was lovely with all of the warm spices so good. However I don't think I'm a milk cake girly so I'll try another pastry next time. It tasted fine but the texture wasn't my favorite. Anyhow, give them a try , I'll certainly be back!! read more

We got the lime mint refresher and a tiramisu latte. They were both very good. We got the pistachio tiramisu and 3 different chocolate mousse cake things (pistachio, chocolate, and strawberry). The desserts were pretty good but just slightly too sweet. The venue is nice and clean with comfortable seating. Our only issue was with the service. There was a woman behind the counter who was very sweet and helpful when we asked her for a to go box. However the man who took our order was very cold and blatantly ignored us when we went to the counter for something. The prices are pretty high to treat customers like that. read more

Over the course of any given day, I'm going to need to stop for a caffeine fix. Imagine my delight when that stop was Moqana, a new Yeminese organic coffee & tea spot. The interior is classy and beautiful, and the people behind the counter could not have been friendlier! They were happy to explain menu items and offer samples. The spice blend in the chai tea was blended as I ordered it, and was so unbelievably good. While my tea was being prepared, I couldn't help but peruse the gorgeous pastries in their cases. Beautiful atmosphere and pleasant barista, but the menu when I was there (November 2025) did not include any non-caffeinated drinks! I went with the green tea (they charge .95 cents to add honey to tea BTW) which was quite good with its fresh mint, but it still kept we awake at night. The desserts are attractive and plentiful. We selected a Dubai chocolate "cake" which tasted like a super charged American brownie. You should check them out, but they need to put some fruity drinks on the menu--even in these cold months. read more

But, with such a great menu and case full of beautiful cakes/desserts there was no way that I was not also buying some stuff! Got a Peach Bliss refresher-tasty-you can definitely taste the honey-and it is a vast improvement from caster sugar or corn syrup. Desserts-well so far I have had a few bites of tiramisu and a milk cake with cardamom. They were both delicious and not cloyingly sweet like what is offered other places. Went here in the morning with my wife and had the adeni chai and a muffawar and both were delicious and flavorful, very unique and delicious. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions because we have never been, and the restaurant is gorgeous. Place really picks up at night and I have drove by a lot at night and seen them very busy, but the morning was very lowkey and amazing way to start a Sunday. read more

My teens and I just tried this place for the 1st time and wow, we absolutely loved it! The decor is stunning. The staff were so warm and friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious- we had the milk cake, the honeycomb, and the sabaya. All of the drinks were amazing- we had the caramel frappe, different fruit smoothies, and the Turkish coffee. A very kind gentleman, who I assume was the owner, added sugar to the Turkish coffee for me even though that's not how they normally serve it, since he knew I wanted it a little sweet. He also brought out the Mufawar for me to try because he thought I might like that one better and it was so, so good too! He was very sweet to go out of his way to help me and overall our experience was incredible! We all talked about how we will definitely come back on the way home.
