They had staff who were inexperienced with childcare handling my child along with having small babies with older toddlers. I just did not feel as if my child was safe and that's why I removed her. She's at a much more safer daycare with cameras.

My girls come home daily with another project that they created at school and the sense of pride on their face is amazing. Over the past year especially, we have seen many positive changes that have made an already great program even better. Communication, organization, and programming have all improved drastically with the director, Ms. Allison. Check-in and drop-off are seamless and stress-free on the school's end, which makes a huge difference for us. My girls take forever to leave because they need to make sure they say goodbye to all the teachers and Ms. Allison. The overall environment lacked professionalism and respect. Several staff members were disrespectful when communicating with both parents and children, which is unacceptable in a place that is supposed to support young kids. It often felt like concerns were brushed off rather than taken seriously. One of the biggest issues was the lack of supervision. Teachers were frequently on their phones instead of actively watching the children. In a daycare setting, supervision should always be the top priority, and it was alarming to see how often this seemed to be ignored. Unfortunately, the leadership from the director did not improve these issues. A daycare director should model professionalism and ensure a safe and respectful environment, but that did not seem to be happening. Some of the concerns included: * Allowing teachers to be on their phones while supervising children * Failing to ensure proper supervision in classrooms * Not addressing staff behavior when it is unprofessional or disrespectful * Dismissing or minimizing parent concerns instead of investigating them * Poor communication with families * Lack of accountability for staff actions * Creating an environment where staff do not appear to be held to high standards A daycare director should be actively ensuring that children are safe, staff are attentive, and parents feel comfortable raising concerns. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Parents trust childcare centers with the most important thing in their lives, their children. Professionalism, supervision, and respectful communication should be the bare minimum, and sadly those expectations were not met in our experience.

We toured a couple places in the area and this one was quickly at the top of our list for many reasons. First - the staff. When it comes down to it, you want to make sure your kids are happy, healthy, and safe. The teachers are so warm, kind, and gentle. They were willing to work with our existing schedules while also providing tips. Second - the environment. We loved that the infant room wasn't harshly bright and there wasn't any over stimulating toys. The school focused on a Montessori approach that my oldest is absolutely thriving with. Third - the responsiveness. You're are never left waiting. The teachers and staff are so quick to reply and implement. It's such a wonderful feeling to know they are on top of things. Any questions, whether it's about your child's sleep or you have something related to finance, they make you a top priority.

My concern was that his previous center did not focus on cleanliness therefore, resulting in my son constantly being ill. We also were very interested in the curriculum KinderCare had to offer as the center he was in did not have a curriculum. When we toured Anne's center, I was exceptionally pleased. Her center was very clean and I was thrilled with how much learning I saw as I walked into each classroom. Talking to the teachers, I could see how passionate they were about their job and how each teacher focused on the developmental aspects of each child in their care. Needless to say, that same day we enrolled him. Within a few short months, my husband and I began to see big changes in our son. He was learning more, talking more and he was healthy! All of the teachers are so warm and sweet! We are greeted every morning upon arrival by all of the teachers and his teachers partnered with us to help him with things that he struggled with from time to time. I never thought I would see my 4 year old writing fluently, adding/subtracting, reading site words and overall accomplishing Kindergarten standards. He is now doing so well in Kindergarten- reading, writing, math and so much more! This is all thanks to KinderCare! Then, over the summer, our daughter arrived into this world and I did not hesitate for a second to have her go through the same journey at the center that my son went through! Communication across the board is too notch. Throughout the day parents get regular updates via the Brightwheel app, including pictures, meal updates, and potty and/or diaper changing schedules. The app is also used to send centerwide messages from the staff, as well as personal notes to alert us to any issues the children may be having.
