Second, the company sent two people to do a one person job, and the second person was training! They even had the nerve to bill me hourly rate $160, per person! I'd be paying for their employee to get trained! They were there to replace a leaking pipe for my heating system, very minor one at that, roughly 6-12 inches of copper and knuckle section. They charged me for "6-feet" of copper, $145 dollars for materials....ridiculous. What's worse, they didn't disclose ANY pricing for their services, even after I asked. I received a bill for more than $1000 to replace a leaking pipe less than a foot long. A one star is too generous.
