Both my son's senior portraits and cap and gown portraits were printed with horrible quality. They said my only recourse was to pay for their retouching services. Why should I have to pay them to fix their mistake? The photos were overexposed and his skin looked ruddy. Even the first customer service rep I spoke to agreed that they did not look right. Save your money and get your photos done elsewhere. I am now stuck with these very expensive photos that look like I sent them to Walgreens to be processed. read more

I conquer with the root canal recommendation and the false information referenced in prior reviews. We were warned prior that the experience was awful, and it far exceeded. You purchase a package and that basically covers you walking in the front door and having pictures taken over the course of 3 hours, when each background takes 15 minutes. If that's not bad enough, get ready to return and be informed that you must pay (additional to walking in the door fee!) for each picture. If you want a usb with all of the pictures it's $1,099. If you want one picture it's about $99 dollars. I concur with the past posts of exorbitant fees, choosing the senior picture only and finding a private photographer at 1/2 the price. Oh, and bring a book, and some snacks, you'll be sitting in random chairs for three hours! read more

Read this before you buy! Photos are great, but found out they offer better deals to you if you don't buy right away. We ordered after our session but they made an error and marketed to us thinking we had not ordered. We were offered different and much more affordable packages than were available to us earlier. More than 50% less!!!! I would have made a different decision if I had all options at first. Buyer beware. Seniors at our school must get yearbook photos taken there but next time I will hire a local photographer for the extras. read more

Things to know before you schedule your sitting for senior photos: if you choose the less expensive sitting fees, you will be offered to purchase the portfolio of printed pics they choose for you as well as about 10 digital images for $399. If you spring for the Elite sitting fee (about $299) which includes hair and makeup, you will not be offered this option, but can purchase printed packages for several hundred dollars. If you want digital images, they are going to charge you $2000. I'd recommend the cheaper sitting fee and they'll send your yearbook photo included for that price, then go elsewhere for your actual photos to keep at a much more reasonable price! This place is highway robbery because they feel like you're trapped... you're not. read more

After spending hours taking pictures, we scheduled a zoom appointment to view them. My son was very excited and on the day of the zoom appointment, we cancelled our other activities to be available to meet with Cady. I couldn't believe it when the Cady representative got on the Zoom cal from her car and shared the pictures with us from her cell phone! They were impossible to see and she seemed annoyed to even be having the appointment. I had to reschedule my appointment and ask that, for the next time, someone to have the appointment with us from an actual computer so that we would be able to view the pictures. I wish I could give them zero stars. The wait was horrendous and the pictures were subpar. I was charged for my child's pictures, as well as another child's pictures and CADY wants me to return the pictures of the child I do not know and supposedly paid a session fee for. I spoke with several families who were disappointed with CADY, and I plan to gather a team of parents from the school district of palm beach county and we are going to have CADY removed as an option for senior pictures. read more

Wish I could rate negative stars. Cady is the only option for our high school senior pictures. Extremely dissatisfied. Very high session fees that do not include any pictures. Can only order cap & gown online. Everything else requires an appointment and packages are exorbitant I was offered a $1340 package to start. It's so sad that the average family can't afford to purchase once in a lifetime pictures of such a memorable occasion DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. My son had his session a few weeks back and it was not great , you have kids taking pictures of kids. The no cell phone in the back rule only applied to those of us who were not flirting with the photographers. Now I receive my portfolio and they all look exactly the same, it's ridiculous and speaking of ridiculous the prices are terrible. We are in a pandemic and you guys are scamming people, that is sad. Then if you want to order the cap and gown pics you can't because you have to wait until they send them separately so they can scam you again. Had an appointment for November 5th @1:30 my photos did not start being taken till 2:30 and it took till 5:30pm to go through 5 different photo set changes , and only one outfit swap , the props and backgrounds are nice , but terrible managed operation within this facility. there's no reason why something as simple as senior photos should take 4 hours . if u guys are understaffed you should hire more photographers because waiting a hour plus in between having a 5 minute photo section is completely unprofessional, i have now had to cancel all my plans for the day because it took all day to snap a total of only 15 photos. will not be taking photos here again. not to mention everything is done on green screens and edits , yet you cannot take any photos because of COPYRIGHT REASONS yet it's just someone standing with a green screen behind it . again would rather spend my money else where and have someone more attentive to my needs and my photo specifics. read more

Great staff, all were friendly and very professional. Many staff members passed by during our time there and always asked if we needed anything and often offered words of encouragement. This helped my daughter feel great about her Senior photo shoot. We had our own photographer, Pamela K. So I didn't have a horrible experience, the place was crowded so we did wait a long time. One thing I'm annoyed at was when I was checking out I was told that a portfolio and proofs were going to be mailed out. But, if I didn't want the portfolio to REMOVE the proofs from it and just return the portfolio... apparently that is not the policy. Proofs and portfolio must be mailed back!! My daughter heard the same thing and they were telling other families the same info... warning you will be charges the 200$ or 300$ if you don't return the proofs also!!! Not a fan of working with this studio. Very confusing and not user-friendly, it doesn't offer you choices that fit your needs, rather offering many packages that were way too many pictures or not the right size picture. We will be doing another session somewhere else. We had a lot of fun shooting staff was great, but the pictures did not turn out good. The way the head was tilted positioning of the body, things a professional photographer looks out for we're not done properly at the studio. read more

Over the weekend, I took my son for his Senior pictures. I paid $300 for a sitting fee. CADY would not provide the cost of the pictures prior to scheduling/paying for the sitting fee. After 3 hours of pictures, I was provided their ridiculous pricing sheet. They charge $200 for ONE pose and 4 sheets/prints, and $899 for 3 poses and 14 sheets/prints. If you want the digital pictures without prints, they charge $2000. Needless to say, I did not purchase the pictures and feel I was robbed of my time and money. Upon looking at BBB and Yelp, there are numerous complaints about this company for the same reason. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I urge you to look into other reputable and ethical photo companies that are not trying to gauge parents or fraud them into a session to hit them up with ridiculous pricing afterwards. read more

I was super happy with the photographers and everyone on the day we took the pictures. They were all so professional and had great suggestions. But when I went to pick out the pictures, my intention was always to get ALL the pictures. So when I looked at the packages I went with the one that included all the poses. Well, here begins the problem, there were a good amount of pictures that were not included in the proofs. Then they said that only up to 50 poses are included. So I asked can't I have the others and I was told absolutely not, I should have gotten a more expensive package. I told them that I didn't expect them to retouch the extras that they deemed unworthy I just wanted them because they were pictures of my daughter and I didn't care if they didn't like them. In fact a few poses that we actually loved had to be added because they eliminated them completely. So if they don't like the pictures they basically make the decisions for you. That is outrageous and so unfair. When its time to bring my son i will come for the required pictures for the yearbook and then get my own photographer that will give ME the choice of what pictures I want to choose. read more

He took his time taking the pictures, listened to my daughter and made the experience amazing (on the day of). I also went back to review the photos. I had my senior pictures taken by CADY studios. During the session everything went well, the photographers were really nice and friendly. However, this company is a complete scam. I payed $50 for my session but apparently I only payed for the pictures to be taken. A week after my pictures I got in my mail box a portfolio, which I had to pay in 60 days, I was NOT informed about this. So I assumed this was what I payed for, after the 60 days I was charged $260. Tried calling them and fixing the problem but at the end I had to pay the amount. Complete SCAM, they never tell you about the stuff. read more

I took my son for senior pictures today and was thoroughly impressed at how Pamela Joseph, was able to get him to come out of his shell and enjoy his photo shoot. When the photo shoot was complete she showed him a few pics and he had a big smile on his face. She took her time with my son suggesting different poses and was patient. And make sure you stay off their mailing list! I unsubscribed from their emails at least 50 times, and still get marketing emails. My son hasn't even had his session yet and I'm already aggravated. I booked his senior portraits online like they suggest and received a confirmation. We are a few days away and I received another confirmation that they are excited to have us. Im looking at their website only to see that they are closed on Mondays, our appointment is this Monday at 4. There is no one to talk to to ask a question. Im looking at my phone and have been on hold now for 42 minutes waiting to ask what to do. Terrible customer service, not even a quick online chat. I submitted an online request but haven't heard back. How do you not have someone to answer a phone call??????? I'd like to know before I drive 45 min does my son have an appointment or not? I can't even begin to tell you how wrong this place is. JENA was our photographer and she was amazing. She listened to what we like and went above and beyond to get some great shots but what good will it do when the prices are insane. She's the reason they are getting any stars or I would try to give none. I'm a single mom who gets no child support and just lost my job due to covid 2 months ago. My son is graduating and I can't even come close to affording these packages. I lost $199 now just for the sitting. It's basically the same damn pictures they take at school just with different back drops. They are charging 100x the price. Someone should report them for price gouging. Prices are ridiculous. $179 for 2 5by7's and one sheet of wallets.. This is after paying 125 for a sitting fee. Really? This is a scam!! I purchased. the higher package because they advertised that I could apply the fee towards my purchase. Come to find out it was only for the high end collections starting at 800+ dollars. They will only give you a presentation of photos that you have to sit through on site a week later or they will give you a zoom presentation. Then, the pictures that I really want were not even available to purchase until after the school releases them. I will eat the cost and get a personal photographer that will be less expensive and better quality. Buyers beware!! I recommend just getting the basic package if you want to be in the yearbook. The photographers are very sweet and offered good customer service. However, most poses and angles they choose are a little weird. The studio also has a very awkward setup, where multiple people are in the same room and can easily watch each other take pictures. Not too bad, just think there should be more privacy. The packages are also insanely expensive, way more than the other studios in the area. Overall, nice photographers, but the set-up could use a LOT of work. read more
