Opening day for Cady Studios for High School senior pictures scheduled today for my daughter. Had minimal expectations and certainly the experience far exceeded what I even imagined it would be. First , Cady staff very cognizant with COVID--19 precautions and awareness of the safety practices and client satisfaction from temp checks at the door to going outside to help you find parking (which was a bit busy due to surrounding businesses ) and assisting in carrying items in from vehicle ! Secondly, the personal attention and patience to the HS student made the experience relaxed and comfortable , no rush feel and absolutely no pressure to additional purchase . Photographers and all staff were fun , chill , creative, personable and pet friendly which made some of pictures more special since my daughter added our 70lb , 9 year old dog in her photo shoot ! The finale was having three generations in the cap and gown pict which is more special and memorable especially that it includes a grandmother and a 99 year old great grandmother ! Staff aided in the creativity adding their special touch to this special moment ! Now I know you can have these pictures taken anywhere and at any site, by any photographer , but the environment and the energy and the level of talent of these photographers were proven by the results . The regional director and management team, Bob , Lauren ,Crystal, were hands on and invested time and genuine interest in the student to help make this day a very special one ! Thank you !!! Our school chose to use Cady. Tried to call them and chat online prior to booking since there were so many options but could never get in touch with anyone. Opted to book an "elite" session for $199 thinking if I paid more money up front for the sitting fee I would be better off on the back end. Advertised a $200 coupon so I thought it was worth the more expensive option. However that coupon isn't able to be applied to prints. The pictures came out great but their "unlimited" scenes meant one outfit per background. If I want the usb option it is $1800. The cheaper sitting fee offers a usb for $800. Her classmates that didn't choose elite sessions were emailed 25% coupon for Black Friday. Elite sessions were not allowed to use this discount. Elite includes retouching that removes braces but told that is an additional fee. Overall I feel like my daughters pictures are being held hostage. $1800 is too much for photos. For prints it is $200 for 4 prints of same pose with $60 for each additional photo. Had I been able to speak to someone beforehand I would have made different choices. Very upsetting! read more

My son had his senior pics taken at the Delray Beach studio on 11/13/21. Angel was our photographer. We could NOT have been happier! Angel was professional, courteous, creative, and extremely welcoming. He made sure all of our desired pics were taken and never once complained! This company is LUCKY to have Angel on their staff! My son had no desire to take the pics prior to our arrival. We drove 2.5 hours from Fort Myers for the session. Once we arrived, Angel greeted us at the door and explained the session steps. From there forward, my son no longer complained. I am sure I will be purchasing the most expensive package. I greatly appreciate all the different backgrounds available and the patience that Angel presented. That being said, the CADY customer service provided on the phone lines is a totally different story! Highly disappointed in the phone line agents. They need to stop passing guests off and get them answers! So frustrating! However, Angel was amazing at the Delray Studio! HIGHLY (5+ STAR) RECOMMEND HIM!!! We appreciate you, Angel! Yesterday i took my daughter for her Senior Year Photo shoot. We got so lucky when we were put with Photographer Jenny Green(ask for her). She was amazing. Super sweet girl who was with us the whole time(3 hours). She made my daughter feel so comfortable and relaxed. I really can't say enough about her. She gave suggestions on poses and her smile/attitude made us feel so at ease. My daughter at times didn't like the way she looked in a picture. Jenny took more pictures and never rushed us at any time we were there. She came to do our outside photo shoot also(drove in her own car) and found great shots for us. Thanks Jenny for being a straight Rock Star for us. Keep smiling and always keep that great attitude. PRICES on the other hand? Wow....most families can't afford them. It's crazy how much it costs. Not only am I uncomfortable with photo shoots but I've never done one before. Cady made me feel like a professional with more staff than students. Each making sure I had everything I needed for a perfect experience. I had a really fun time and walked out surprised by how good the photos really looked. Cady staff will re take a photo until it is perfect for you and will help point out small things that you don't notice. Sarah Goldberg specifically gave off a natural positive energy that made me feel extra comfortable through the whole experience. She was beyond good at her job changing me from tux to cap and gown all while making me feel like a model who was getting paid to be there. My parents were asked multiple times if they needed anything, never being ignored or pushed out of the way. If you are going to Cady bring all your favorite outfits and they will do the rest. read more

I'd like to give a big THANK YOU and shout out to Cady for an exceptional Senior photo shoot experience. We decided to go all out and booked the Elite session, and it was a great decision. We had an incredible dedicated photographer (Jenny) and (2) fantastic make-up/hair artists (Patricia and Alessandra) Jenny was AMAZING! Professional, attentive, helpful and took the MOST gorgeous photos! She knows her stuff : ) and my daughter had a blast being photographed in multiple "scenes" indoors and out, and in different outfits, hair styles and make-up. Alessandra and Patricia are so talented! They made my daughter look like a NY super model! True artists, and both were so helpful, kind and attentive. As far as Senior photos are concerned, this is the best experience to to give your child. The place is so organized into 10 different backgrounds, tons of photographers and you can move from station to station to get your photos done. You can see what others are doing for ideas and everyone is oooing and ahhhing at your child's photos which gives them confidence and ultimately a better picture. They have staff to make sure parents are comfortable and having a great experience too. I "hate = envy"Sophia's photos, she is going to cost me so much money because every shot is great, every shot is unique. This was the best experience for my daughter and I would highly recommend this studio to all who want to give their senior a great experience. read more

Loved how friendly the staff was and welcoming! Made the entire experience great ! ( not anymore ).... Update : I had to reduce the stars. I have been currently dealing with them for the past month after her pics were taken. My daughter had to retake her year book senior photos because her arm was off centered . We got the photos and portfolio, we didn't like how she looked, we sent the portfolio back and I payed for the retouch at the studio. Few weeks later they sent the photos again without the retouch . Its really frustrating because they keep saying they will fix it but they don't . Now I have to send the portfolio back again. Why can't they do right in the first time?! If I could give them a zero star I would. This place is the biggest RIPOFF EVER!!! $1,300 for a $5.00 drive with about 20 pictures on it. That is it?? Really ??? Parents and Seniors waot for this time in their life and along comes CADY to steel it from them. It's unfortunate as I should have done the proper research before even wasting my time here. CADY corporate should be ashed of this type of business behavior simply to make themselves lucrative amd make a profit off of parents. I went with my son yesterday to take his senior pictures and was very impressed with the organization and patience from everyone who worked there! They made it much more fun than we anticipated. My son didn't even complain about the extra scene I wanted! Sophia was our photographer for that one and she really made the session. She was excellent on all counts! Also, Josh went above and beyond to help make sure my son's out fits were all correct. Even made him laugh for his cap & gown photos. He was very helpful. I just want to say that my son's session was scheduled at 1pm. We got to the studio about 15 minutes ahead of his scheduled time and from the time we walked in, we were greeted by the staff and the photographer Alex. They were very professional and welcoming. Let me tell you, Alex was PHENOMENAL!! He was very professional, patient, and helpful. He took his time and talked us thru each and every shot. Came there with my daughter who is very shy. I was not looking forward to the session and expected anxiety. Sheila was so warm, fun and open. She was patient and coaxed my daughter into relaxing and having fun and she did! The pictures came out so good - way beyond what I imagined! My daughter loved the experience and so did I! We had an amazing experience at Cady for my daughter's Senior pictures. The staff was very friendly, they took us right away for our scheduled appointment, and they were very organized. Sam was our photographer, and he was super patient and creative. My daughter didn't bring any props so Sam improvised with random items in the studio to make it look as if she was lifting a barbell. He took multiple shots until he nailed it! We can't wait to see our proofs. This was a wonderful experience, the staff made it fun! Highly recommend Sam and Cady. read more

My son Carson and I had the very best day today taking his senior pics at Cady with Miss Sheila!! She took so much time with him to make sure every pose was perfect, she welcomed all of his outfit changes and prop changes and took so much time with the different backgrounds and different angles of the shots. We had a great experience. We had my son's senior photos done and they turned out amazing. Our salesperson, Bex Gilbert, was awesome. She explained all of the options and packages available. She even gave us a private moment to discuss what we wanted. That was amazing and unexpected. Usually you have to decide on the spot ( with no privacy). She was amazing. We had such a fun time in the studio! Lines were short and everybody was professional. We came back in for our presentation with Emily, the new studio manager while another young lady, Gia helped guide her through. They were both incredibly sweet and i loved how all of the employees helped eachother out. just finished our daughter's senior session and could not be happier! Katrina was our photographer and she was so knowledgeable, patient, and had great photo ideas! we opted for the hair and makeup option and Patricia was great! she stayed with our daughter fixing hair and makeup for nearly the entire session. very helpful with clothing and prop choices as well! we're headed to the beach now for the final part of the shoot! honestly, not a bad thing to say!! read more
