If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased some scrubs for a friend who ultimately didn't need them. I asked for the return policy upon purchasing them and was told I could return them within 10 days with a receipt. 2 days later, I went to return them and was told I could not return them with pouty lips and a nasty attitude. I told Latisha my circumstance and the need for a refund as I no longer had a need for anything nurse related. As I was talking to Latisha about a refund, she answered a personal phone call. Having worked in customer service before, I felt this was very unprofessional. She returned to attend to me & continued to pout her lips and decline the option to provide a refund. I asked for a gift card exchange since I wasn't getting anywhere. Once the transaction was complete, I reminded Latisha how frustrating this situation was and asked for an email or phone number to get ahold of the manager, she declined. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am 4 months pregnant & my scrubs didn't fit me anymore so I came in to get some new ones because this place had great reviews & wide selection. But it's so unfortunate that I will NEVER be coming in here again. It was 6:00pm and they close at 6:00pm but the workers their kept rushing me and were standing by the fitting room telling me to hurry. I told them not to rush me. I was literally panicking and changing into my clothes and as I was taking off the ONE scrub I was trying on they turned off the lights and I literally couldn't see anything. I told them to turn the lights on, and they just kept ignoring me. It was so unprofessional and sad how they could do this to a pregnant woman & my elderly mother was here with me. ATTACHED is my receipt with the exact time I paid for my scrubs. 6:05pm I can't believe they couldn't give me a couple minutes to gather my stuff & change into my clothes . The service here was very unfair , disrespectful & just simply unprofessional! Dear workers and managers please let your clients know In advance if there's no time for them to try things on in the fitting room then at least them know. The woman here was absolutely inconsiderate. I told her the two colors I was supposed to get and she kept giving me opposite ones. I said excuse me to get her attention, only customer in the store btw, and she ignored me to fix her daughters hair. Bruh? I'm a customer trying to pay. When I tried to order scrubs through her she was on the phone yapping. When she finally got off the phone she started taking my order and proceeded to go on another call mid order. If you aren't willing to make a sale and do that basic normalities you're assigned to as a store owner than why bother opening your store? I found my Grey's Anatomy lab coats here and I absolutely love them. The Grey's Anatomy brand tends to run on the slightly higher end compared to other brands, but they're super comfy. When you walk inside the store, don't be overwhelmed by their many racks of scrubs/medical attire. The place is pretty organized so you'll be able to find what you're looking for depending on the section of the store. There's fitting rooms available. Service here is decent, although if you're looking to get something embroidered -- you're better off going somewhere. For me, I needed my 2 coats to be embroidered, but they said that it would take 1 week because they're backed up on their other orders. I was able to get mine done elsewhere within 48 hours. Overall, prices here are reasonable. If you're in need of scrubs, coats, or medical work supplies, then this is a good place for you. read more

I happen to be in the neighborhood, walked in? and was very pleasantly surprised stepping in. They have a very big selection of uniforms with different price ranges. I was informed that they get a new shipment every 2 weeks with new styles. Jasmin is very helpful and nice. They can always order your size & have it transferred to the whichever location needed. Parking: post office or behind store. I'm not sure where they are getting all of these positive reviews. I'll try and be as objective as possible. Pros: They carry a large selection Cons: Overpriced, and the store doesn't allow returns. Also the amount of scrubs they let you try on at a time is limited and not practical. It'll take plenty of time to finish trying on your options. Honestly it's better to buy off Amazon or Figs when they have a sale since it's cheaper and you'll still have the option to return if the fit isn't right. I know how hard people in the medical field work for our money, honestly I CANNOT recommend this place to anyone. Also the staff is very passive aggressive. read more

Docking one star because they don't offer the option to order something that isn't on display (i.e. I needed forest green for a certain brand but they said they don't order things not on the floor ). After having a bad experience with Uniform Advantage, one of my coworkers recommended this place. I called ahead to see what uniforms the had for men. Jasmin was very helpful and gave me the rundown of which uniforms they had in stock. I went in a few days later and after just explaining to her what I was looking for, she remembered who I was from our phone conversation. She helped me look for uniforms and gave me about 6 pairs to try on. I selected the pair I liked and she got me a few other colors to look at. I picked the Cherokee infinity line (very comfortable and breathable). She gave me a discount and said if I had any issues to please come back and that they would take care of me! Great experience! Overall my experience was very great! I came in looking for male scrubs. The selection at first appeared limited, since most of the store had female scrubs, however looking around at the racks I was very happy with the different types of male scrubs. I ended up buying a set of 5 total scrubs for each day of my work. I decided to buy a better quality brand so it fits better and lasts longer. The price seemed very fair and was able to get a discount. Customer service was friendly and helpful. They do allow people to try on clothes. This was so important because I would have ended up with the wrong size pants! Plus, they appear to keep things clean since what you tried on they take back in order to clean them before putting them back at the original spot.
