Bad customer service. The older man that works there needs to work on his people skills. He talked to his young female employee in a belittling manner. I felt really bad for the chick. I was extremely excited to pick up my uniform (pants) today. I'm 5'11 and slender therefore I had to place an in store order. I waited 2 whole weeks and only to find out that one pair of pants was the wrong color(which I have already) and one was the wrong size. Feeling frustrated from driving an hour to get to the store and just the overall disappointment of businesses like this that don't carry tall clothing for tall individuals like me. To make matters worse the lady that was assisting me seemed confused about my $$$ order. She did not want to call and inquire about the sizes and colors. It was the last thing she wanted to do. After while I felt like I was begging her to do her job. You would think that she would want to help fix the situation after seeing what my bills was but I got nothing. She also never apologized for the mix up. Feeling exhausted from her lack in enthusiasm to help me. I told her that I would take the store credit that she offered (That all the stores offer)To my surprise the store credit turned into a refund back on my card. Which means I won't see that money for a few of days. My patience was tested today in this store by a woman that needs a bit more training in customer service. Lesson learned though, When placing an order get the person name and confirm that they are writing down the correct item number and item colors. Good luck! read more

If you're looking for "nursing shoes" you're taking a chance coming here. I went with some classmates looking for nursing shoes and we wear the same size so they only had one of every size in each style. This is a store that specializes in medical uniforms yet they only carry one size for each shoe style, how does that make sense? So basically only one of us was able to get the size we all needed which was size 7. The girls working there said they only have one of each size, they were somewhat helpful but didn't seem to enjoy their job. read more

On 03/14 I went in for scrubs. White scrubs are hardly ever in stock anywhere so I knew I would have to order and wait. I was okay with that. I ordered a scrub top that they had in stock at their Montebello store they told me 2 days for that to come in. I ordered two pants and they told me 7-10 days. A week goes by and no call for the top so I stop by to check and sure enough the top is in and no call. Okay fine. I ask about the pants and they say not yet. Today almost 1month later I have yet to get a call about the pants. I decide to stop by and yup they are in the store and I didn't get a call again. I ask "would you know why I didn't receive a call" and very conveniently they respond "oh they just came in yesterday" so after waiting a month no calls no apology nothing. Even if they came in yesterday why wasn't i called then or today? A month of waiting and who knows when i would have received a call that they were even in the store. Disappointing customer service. Next time I'll just drive some more and go to uniform advantage. read more

AMAZING STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Especially for the girl, Jenny was very helpful despite being new to the retail job as she mentioned only being there a month or so. She gives great customer service and offered her opinion on what would look best. This store carried a variety of scrubs and brands and i found that great considering my work environment lets me use whatever i want. will definitely come back and hopefully the two girls who helped me were there! read more
