This place is an absolute 5 star place! They literally give the best pedicures hands down.

This is a nice, well kept, and staffed nail salon. I only got pedicure services, so I can only comment on that. First, they were very nice when I walked in. I did not have an appointment, and they take walk-ins. I was greeted and asked what services I needed immediately. Then I was told to go pick out my color. I was immediately taken to a chair where someone was getting it ready for me to get a pedicure. The woman was very nice and greeted me. She brought me a menu to choose which pedicure I would like. She also asked me if I would like something to drink. They have wine, margaritas, sodas, water, etc. I told her I was worried about driving after drinking an alcoholic beverage, and she said there is very little alcohol in the margarita, not enough to matter if you only have one. So she brought out this nice margarita that I ordered in a real margarita glass with salt, lime, and everything. It tasted very good for it to be a mix. She made sure the chair was how I wanted it. Then she asked me what kind of pedicure I would like from the menu. I told her I wanted the chocolate coffee therapy pedicure. So she went to get the supplies she would need for that while I sipped my margarita. She came back shortly after that with a nice presentable tray full of the supplies she would need and also some pretty flowers on the tray. It was a very nice presentation. She began the pedicure process. Everything went well, except for when she used the glass of chocolate liquid to pour on my legs (it looked like hot chocolate). She felt it with her fingers and realized it was still pretty hot, so she added a tiny bit of water to it to cool it off. It was still really hot when she poured it onto my legs. It was hard to not cry out because of the heat, but I'm a tough girl so I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure if it was just me not being used to that temperature (my fault for not saying anything). The other part that was not so comfortable was when she used the hot stones to massage my legs. The stones were still very hot and should've been cooled off some more. It was quite uncomfortable, but, again, I didn't say anything about it. She talked to me during the pedicure and I felt very welcomed by her. She was very nice. The only thing that was annoying was that she slacked off on the massage while talking and went as far as completely stopping the massage at one point to talk. So I really didn't get the full massage I paid for, especially on one of my legs. She massaged one of my legs far more than the other as far as length of time is concerned. One thing I've never seen in a nail salon before is the use of digital timers. Each nail technician had a digital timer at their chair. Once the timer went off for my technician, it seemed as though she was in a hurry to finish up. So the leg that did not get much of a massage was over once that timer went off because she still had to paint my toenails. The sound of the timers also take away from the relaxation of the experience. Got my nails done twice here. I was satisfied with the nails both time, they were pretty (full set of acrylic) but they are lacking on customer service. Like the second time, the guy was on his phone checking his stocks for the first half of the session like COME ON. I love the convenience of the location and not having to make an appointment. I have been going here for the past year and probably going to find somewhere new. They never do my cuticles, basically every time they just take off my dip polish and put new polish on, there is no manicure being done. I just got one 4 days ago and it already looks like my nails are 2 weeks old. There's too much chatting with coworkers I don't feel like they are focused on the job they are doing. The nail salon is super clean with relaxing music playing in the background. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. My nail tech, Tyson, asked my preference on all things related to my pedicure and dip powder on my nails. Tyson was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. The massage chairs have all the features to make for a relaxing massage during your pedi. They have the biggest selection of nail color choices I've ever seen at a salon. This will be my new home nail salon. I highly recommend trying them out! read more

Less than stellar. I've had way better manicures at dinkier places. My nails came out uneven both in color and texture. My manicurist made no effort to clean up my cuticles or even my nails out. Not that this is necessary, but you'd think it would be important to them that their product turns out well. Too bad. The environment is nice but that's just aesthetics. I will not be returning. I look like I let a three year old put fake nails on me. read more
