This experience was AWFUL. I asked for dip with a skinny French tip design. When filing my nails, the nail woman filed it down to the point where it was raw and looked like a nub. I politely asked her if she would be willing to put a tip on just that nail since it was visibly shorter than the rest, & she said "no". The mail woman was rude, not talkative, and aggressive. A DAY had passed when my nails started chipping. It has been not even a week and the design has chipped off of all ten of my fingers. I paid $65 for a nails that didn't even last a week. Totally disappointed. I treated my friend from Houston to her nails getting done. She went with powder and Frank did her nails. One had already popped off on day four and the powder wasn't even attached to tips. The nail powder came off of tip then the tip broke off. Also the color wasn't the same color she picked. I received services at MVP nails (Odessa, TX) on 6/30/2022. I got the gel set. I was charged twice for the services. When inquiring about the charges with the manager, he suggested that I was only charged once. I am currently waiting for my credit card company to complete the dispute. Within 2 days, the nails started chipping. All of the nails had bubbles under the gel paint and chipped. I called the shop to discuss this with the manager who referred me to the owner. The owner was not helpful either. She was not accommodating at all. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend spending money with this business at all. Please save your time and money. read more

The first chairs we sat in were broken, the massagers didn't work. We had to tell them the water was cold so the water in the tub was just a little warm. They forgot to put the jets on my husbands tub. I had just had ingrown nail surgery so I told them NOT to do anything with it but the lady doing my pedicure did not understand English at all so she proceeds to dig under my nail after I specifically told her DO NOT do anything except paint that one. There was a lady across from me getting a pedicure and the workers didn't shut the water off so it overflowed onto the floor. Her boots fell into the water. The lady doing my pedicure clipped my nails way too short. She scraped the bottom of my feet raw and then burns them with the hot rocks. She didn't make sure the wax was cool enough before putting my feet in there. The paint looks like a 6 year old did it. She didn't say a single word to me just walked away and started doing someone else's pedicure. I feel bad for that person. I'm not sure this lady was even licensed to be doing nails because she utterly screwed up my pedicure that I still had to pay $50 for. I will never return to this place for a pedicure which sucks because they do awesome nails there I guess they have no idea how to do pedicures. I am going back tomorrow to at least fix this TERRIBLE paint job and honestly I am dreading it already. read more

Yesterday I had my nails done at this spa and specifically requested for just a regular manicure and pedicure. If I am not mistaken the worker's name is Yan. Throughout the service I kept on saying I just wanted regular manicure and pedicure. I have been several times to this nail spa and usually end up paying around $40+. At the end when I am about to pay I was told the whole thing cost $70. I had not asked for the extra services. You can't just assume and add on these things. And for the pedicure he didn't even apply shellac but I was still charged for it. It's really disappointing. Sometimes just learn to be honest with your customers. There is no need for this. I want a refund for those services I did not ask for and had tried to email but their email did not work. Even going back to their salon just makes me frustrated. read more

Appointments mean nothing. Still waited while others walked in behind me and were seated. Lady kept telling me to put the mask over my nose, meanwhile NEVER sanitized or cleaned after the person before me. My husband and I went in together for a regular manicure, hoping for a little pampering and relaxation. They seated us separately ( not too huge of a deal), but both were very rushed. Mine was over in 15 minutes or less including polish. I did not get a base coat and I was told I should do shellac or gel. It was as though it was not worth their time. My husband's manicure was also very rushed and the girl who did his, trimmed his cuticles so deep, they bled - all of them. His comment was, "that wasn't very relaxing." Seems as though since we didn't want more expensive options, we were regarded as unimportant customers. Neither of us will be returning. read more
