Customer Service was amazing! I called at 6:30 to check if I would be able to get two acrylic manicures in because they close at 7:30, and they said yes. When we walked in, we were greeted. We were checked on while waiting. The technician that did my set was Sam. He is very kind, and left a very good impression on my first visit here. My nails, themselves are beautiful! Went in for my lunch hour to another spot 1st, had called prior to this new place I remembered seeing and was told they could get me in right away ran across the st or drove lol and was able to make it home on time even after wasting 20 mins granted I got the basic pedicure with shellac but was sat down immediately and given five star service! Working in Odessa for a couple of days and wanted to clean up my nails with a basic manicure...I just happened upon the Venetian Nail Spa, and I'm so glad I did!
