First off I just want to say I am giving this 5 stars based off the way that my wedding coordinator Maelanie went above and beyond at exceeding my expectations on an "untraditional style" type of wedding. Not only was she attentive and supportive of my needs but she also made me feel so calm throughout the process even when I felt like I was asking for too much she assured me I wasn't. I seriously love her and whatever she's getting paid DOUBLE IT! I'd highly recommend her for her event planning and warm bubbly persona. Thank you for making my day so special. NOW. Just had my wedding at Venus Garden at Caesars two weekends ago and it was everything i imagined and more. It was so beautiful the absolute perfect Vegas wedding venue. It's the perfect cross between fancy and simple when it comes to Vegas in my eyes. The whole process was made easy by Michelle. She answered all my emails and was available to get on the phone whenever i requested. It's very easy simple planning and Michelle has everything ready for you on the wedding day and guides you and your wedding party even if you don't do the wedding trial, you'll be fine. We had a wonderful experience for our wedding day at the Venus Garden. It was absolutely perfect and the venue and decor was amazing!! It was a smaller more intimate venue than pictured online but stunning nonetheless. The music and ambiance were wonderful. I loved how we offered the mini reception with the cake and champagne toast. The cake was better than I expected. I was able to add my own touches such as the cake topper etc. to make it more personal. Our wedding coordinator Michelle Madrigal came through to the end!! Coming from California I was nervous as we did not have much time to view the venue in advance however, Michelle accommodated our schedule to tour it and we pulled off an amazing ceremony. Cute venues but they make you feel like a number and when you're done they drop a $1300 bomb on you if you actually want your wedding photos which aren't included in any of the packages haha. Pretty but wasn't worth not having my pictures. Could've hired someone else to do the pics but they make it seem like they'll charge you. We just got married at the Venus gardens on 5/6/23. It was everything we wanted!! The music was amazing (highly recommend adding the violin player), the officiant Brain was perfect, and it was such a beautiful set up. We wanted a no stress yet memorable and beautiful wedding and they delivered. The only stress that occurred was when the wedding planner left so we had another take over - Nadine. She was so professional and took care of everything pretty last minute! I would highly recommend Caesar's for the laid back, fun and not over controlling bride/groom. Well, we're not married yet, but scheduled to be 12/4/21. We contracted for the Caesars package which included wedding coordination and started off alright. A month ago the coordinator we were assigned quit with NO notice and despite multiple emails and phone calls to Caesars we have not been able to get ahold of a single person except whoever fields phone calls in the wedding department and keeps saying we "will have a call in a couple hours". Caesars has completely dropped the ball on this. We have never experienced service this poor in any of hotel stays with them. We're having the dinner at the cosmopolitan and they have been above and beyond helpful and responsive. If you are looking to get married in Vegas, go there and save yourself the stress. read more

The good: The officiant was awesome My wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing The bad: The photos were that of the quality of a cheap Elvis Chapel. We paid $1,000 for 1 hour of photography and had to pay $1500 for an email link of unedited photos. Prints are poor quality and $40+ each. Seriously, all my photos are crooked, uncentered, and angled upwards. The edits are from the 90s. My photographer made me so uncomfortable saying let's do this prom pose, put your noses together, touch your foreheads. He was shy and my sister had to take control of the family photos because he was too shy to tell people what to do as my hour of photo time went by. If you want to bring in your own photographer, you have to forfeit the photo included in the package and pay them $600. I spent hundreds on hair and makeup and thousands on a dress just to have it ruined by photography, the one thing I gave to remember. read more

I decided I wanted to move to Las Vegas while visiting from another state for an event. I was in the Octavius Tower gazing below at the beautiful landscaping when I decided I would move here. Four years later, I had hoped to get married at the same location where I decided to uproot my home, only for my wedding dream to be crushed... When we initially spoke to Nicole, the first question inquired was about the permission to film. We definitely would not have wasted our time with any venue who would not permit filming or welcome us. I remembered distinctly Nicole kindly sharing that the Vanderpump's and someone from Good Morning America filmed at Caesars. If others are permitted to film why are we being told no? It's very unfortunate a simple question cannot be answered by two different professionals in a honest correspondence regarding our concerns besides the typical "we are not permitting filming". We would appreciate more honesty as why filming is not permitted. Does the rule only stand for us? Both the wedding coordinator, Nicole Thomas and the PR Specialist, Nick Bohr have failed to explain the reason. In addition, PR never attempted to reach out to talk to us about any details or showed any kind of professionalism and that is disheartening. We also shared with Nicole that if we had to financially support our ceremony with extended time that we would happily do so to accommodate the Caesar's Palace protocols. Bottom line: If you need a wedding venue in Las Vegas - there are certainly no shortages of them. However, I'll put in my vote for Caesars Palace. I'll start off by saying that originally I had absolutely no desire to get married in Vegas. I had originally determined that Virginia would be the place for us - it's where we live, it's where we met; the hardest part - finding that special spot not only for the wedding, but for the wedding reception. When I couldn't find anything to my liking, I started thinking that perhaps Vegas wouldn't be so bad (it is after all where he proposed to me). I had some friends turn me on to Caesars Palace. Mr. Douglas G helped me set up everything I needed and also put me in contact with others to help me make it an experience I won't forget. Gregg and I wanted simple, no fuss and intimate with family and friends. Caesars had the perfect package - the Bella Luna. Our wedding coordinator, Lindsay was awesome! She guided me through each step usually with just a form to film out or a question to answer (nice and simple the way I like it). On the day of the wedding, she called me to make sure I had everything I needed and helped it all go smooth. The photographer was very professional and took lots of photographs - I can't wait to see them all. As a venue it was perfect, I could not have asked for anything better! Nice venue with 3 different chapel sizes to fit the needs and capacity allowance for anyone getting married. Located in the Augustus Tower. It's the newer tower and such a plus is that it has its own valet so if they have room to take your car, you are mere steps and a short elevator or walk up one flight of stairs to the wedding chapel on the 2nd level. Close friends of ours recently picked to renew their vows after 10 years of marriage at Caesars. It was a really nice ceremony, the person officiating the vow renewal & the wedding coordinator did a great job. They do not allow any photography or video during the ceremony but I didnt mind that. You're there to witness an exchange of wedding vows and it should be taken in and held special. No need to be trying to get the photo or video at the expense of missing the ceremony. The chapel was elegant. I cant remember the name of the chapel we were in but it was the biggest one of the 3. It had more chairs, a longer center aisle and had a nice stained glass circular centerpiece that looked great. This larger chapel was the one nearest to Guy Savoy restaurant (2 star Michelin!). There are restrooms on the floor and this particular chapel also had a bridal room right before the entrance. It was a beautiful ceremony in a really nice venue orchestrated by seasoned professionals. I'd say that was a success and recommend it highly to those thinking of taking the plunge there. I emailed to get more information with regards to this place for a wedding. They were pretty quick to respond at first and was able to make an in person appointment for that weekend. We arrived there and we effectively got lost and was not able to find the chapel. We asked the staff around and they were no help at all. I called the chapel and they told me that the person that I originally spoke with was out of the office the rest of the weekend and that they had no knowledge of any appointment set for the day we were there. We were talking around no knowing where to go for what seemed like forever and we finally found who we needed to meet up with. The guy that that helped us, was not very friendly and not really helpful and quite honestly seemed annoyed that we were even there. We were able to see the spaces available but only the chapel areas but not others. There was no explanation of packages offered or anything. Terrible experience as this hotel is gorgeous to have a wedding at. read more

My husband and I decided to get married in Las Vegas and we started our search with where we stayed for our first trip to Las Vegas together; Caesars Palace. We got our information from Caesars Wedding Services (JoAnn) and did a little further research at other venues (Mandalay Bay, Wynn, Bellagio). We decided to use Caesars Palace as our ceremony venue and we are SO thrilled with our decision. Caesars Wedding Services have a wide variety of wedding packages available for all types of groups coming to Vegas for nuptials, and we chose the Cleopatra package and the Juno Garden to accommodate 85 guests. Rebecca Profitt was our coordinator and she was very attentive and friendly, and very timely with email and phone response. She was so on top of everything the day of and we did not have to worry about a single thing. We did opted out of having a rehearsal but because Rebecca was so on top of everything and communicating the details to all parties involved in the ceremony, I did not worry for a second. Our day was so beautiful and perfect and I wouldn't have changed a thing about it. Honorable mention for Rev. Brian Ross. We got SO many compliments on how great he was at the ceremony and how much everyone enjoyed him. My wife and I were married here by Rev. Brian Ross. We did some research on Las Vegas weddings and really liked the proposal form Caesars. We looked at a number of other venues, and their are lots of options, you can really have any kind of wedding you want in this town. Caesars just checked all our boxes. Do not book your wedding here. I had 3 wedding coordinators from the day of contract March 2021 until my wedding May 14th. The coordinators consistently would quit and then someone new would call. You would have to explain everything over and over again. We booked a limo through Caesars palace to go from Juno Gardens to our reception. It was only 1.6 miles away. It's was 98 degrees outside. The limo driver called me after I walked down the aisle stating" he couldn't pick us up so he left. I spent 40 mins inside the wedding coordinators office looking for a limo. No one came. Curtis had no empathy. My parents ended up calling us an Uber. We arrived at our reception 1 hour late. I was devastated. My guest had to start eating, my photographer only had one hour left. We had to pick and choose what things we could fit within reason of time. It was awful. Caesars palace only offered me $500 for the inconvenience. We declined and still haven't heard from upper management. I wouldn't wish this on any bride. We do so much for our days to be perfect. One hour missed of an reception cost thousands, not $500. save yourself the heart ache, I certainly am. My best friend was married here about a month ago and what a nightmare. While she was the most beautiful bride I had ever seen, the staff at Caesars palace dropped the ball so hard, I've never seen so many tears shed at an event that were definatly NOT tears of joy. As a person that runs events for a living not one employee seemed to have showed up to do their actual job this day. A photographer with no batteries, a chef that sent no food, a bartender with no beverages and a coordinator with no sense of time or organization. It just begs the question " why was nobody ready". For a conglomerate that prides themselves on service, this was a joke. The embarassment you caused the family is irreparable, can you imagine having guests flying in from around the world to celebrate your special day to show up to know food or beverages for 3 hours, or not having a space adequate for said guests, Caesars and these employees should be ashamed of themselves. I was also in the midst of planning my own wedding and vetting Caesars to see if they'd be a great option, obviously we canceled our appointment with Caesars and went down to the Cosmopolitan who was more that happy to help and assure this wouldn't happen there. To sum this experience up, truly save yourself the trauma I will never forget or forgive seeing the bride and her mother distraught with tears rather than enjoying the best day of their lives, do not let this happen to anyone else. read more

Of all the hotels my wife and I could've chosen to have our wedding at we chose the Caesar's palace. It has always has been my favorite complex until the way we were treated by their rude vallet staff. Nathan, their head of parking was the first one to greet us with a rude, bad attitude. Even though I explained to him we were getting married there he said that only "diamond" guest could get their vehicles vallet by the front entrance with a pretentious demeanour. So there we went towards the back of the building with all our things to move across the entire hotel. The second rude vallet employee Miguel, who worked the area where we were told by him that it was parking only for Limos, was very condescending by telling us that that area was for Limos only, asking, "do you see any taxis here"? Even though there was a cab right in front of us and the reason why we walked to that door to beging with. Idiot!! Third, they would not allow our Limo driver from Elite Limos (Awesome by the way!) to park in from of the entrance while we were walking towards it with my family, my wife's family and all if our friends, 45 total. They made him move, when he tried to drive around they yelled at the poor guy and made him park way far from us, forcing us to take a long walk outside in the super hot heat, at 8 pm in the evening!! We were sweating our Arses off!! Exhausting!! We spent a lot of money to get married there and we were treated like we were peasants!! As if they were doing it for free!! Nothing but bad attitudes from people who make most of their living with tips! What the hell happened to good customer service?? The wedding itself thank God went well. But the hotel not only ignored my complaints in regards to their rude staff, but never called us back with any resolution what so ever which shows how little they really care. Our advice, if you are getting married, go to Bellagio, Aria or any other place were they will treat you the way you are supposed to be treated, "diamond" members or not, it was our wedding day and my family had to travel from another country to come share this with us, including Family and friends from Michigan and other states. We stayed there four days and brought a lot business, including our relatives and friends who stayed there and spent a lot of money as well. What bothers us the most, is that until this day no one has cared to even try to make any of this right in spite of all the calls I have made and the several "managers" I spoken with. The Caesar's Palace staff partially ruined our wedding. Never again, we will stay at your hotel. read more

I got hitched to Carol W at Caesars Palace. Our ceremony was in the Romano Chapel, a small non-denominational chapel located on the Mezzanine Level of the Augustus Tower. I was told when to show up. I arrived at the chapel on time. The ceremony started promptly at 6pm. It was a short and sweet, but beautifully memorable. The wedding staff at Caesars really made it a seamless process from planning to execution. Lindsay, our wedding coordinator, did an outstanding job! She must've since my bride enjoyed her wedding day, was completely relaxed and far from a "bridezilla". Brian, our minister, officiated the service with the proper balance of seriousness and fun. Our photographer, whose name escapes me, was patient, friendly and efficient. Of course, it's not like it was their first rodeo. Although it wasn't our first rodeo, either! There are plenty of wedding chapels to be found in Las Vegas, but the wedding staff and the Romano Chapel at Caesars Palace made our special day stress-free allowing us to just to be able to relax and enjoy it. I am so pleased that I chose Caesars Palace for my ceremony venue. It really is like getting married in a palace. Its a very grand venue for a Vegas wedding, or for any wedding for that matter. I gor married in the Juno Garden 10/17/13. Planning went ok. I was a little worried how smooth things would run since you only get so much interaction with the coordinator. They work with a lot of weddings and itcan take a while to respond to emails. But on the day of my wedding everything was perfect. The Juno Garden is so elegant on its own, there is no need to spend thousands on floral arrangements like in most venues. Its beautiful as-is. I saved a lot of money having an amazing intimate wedding (60 guests)... that was just as beautiful as any $50,000 wedding. And getting married in Vegas is so much fun! I paid an outside vendor fee and used Joey Allen Photography (way more affordable then the company Caesars uses). It was worth it since I wanted several hours of photography. His websites has his rates. I really recommend CP if you want a no fuss BEAUTIFUL and elegant Vegas wedding. read more
