The communication was excellent and we had a great experience! Carrie answered all my questions so quickly and addressed all my concerns. For the bridal suite, they allowed me to change in the room, whereas some places don't allow that, even though that defeats the purpose of the "first look"/"first glance" if we are coming together in one car. They also allowed us to involve ring bearer and flower girls and adjusted my bouquet depending on what I wanted to adjust in my package. They offered ring bearer pillow and flower girl basket rental for $5 per item, which was awesome. The wedding ceremony went so smoothly and the staff guided us through it all so efficiently. I had 40 guests and everyone had a great time and agree with me that it was very organized. The photography is mediocre. I would have liked to edit the raw images myself vs being provided edited photos with the photographer's interesting editing choices/random blurring. Overall it was a great and reasonably priced venue for something cute and simple. I only spent $399 on the Exquisite Package since they constantly offer discounts. read more

First I will say, the outdoor wedding area was very pretty and looked great! The issue comes with the ceremony itself. They gave no direction to the couple on how things would play out (i.e.; unity candle) and left the bride and groom kind of fumbling. Also, they seemed more focused on getting good pictures and video so the groom was placed awkwardly against the building while the bride walked down the aisle. I understand they want a good video, but it threw off the actual event and that made it awkward for the couple. read more

I booked Mon Bel Ami Chapel for our 15 vow renewal a year in advance. Little tip: is if you book the Neon Museum package book early it is super popular and dates go fast. They were so easy to work with and happy to accommodate all my request. I wanted specific music and cake with champagne to be served after the wedding. Planning with Carrie beforehand was easy and she always responded to my emails. The day of went so smoothly, our limo texted us with time of arrival. He was there and ready to go. We got to the chapel and Jennifer our host went over what to expect that day. Steven our officiant came to greet us and also went over what we were expecting. April our photographer was super sweet and took so many photos. I really am happy she was there to document our special day. Since we had some time before our ceremony April decided to take a few pictures of myself and maid of honor outside in their courtyard. Which is a really cute area (don't let the Google Map images fool you), the actual chapel grounds are really sweet and cute. Then she took photos of the groom and bestman. Finally the ceremony happened and it was so perfect and heartfelt, it didn't fell rushed because it was short, sweet and full of all the emotion we wanted to convey to each other. Then we enjoyed our cake and champagne, which was delicious!!!!!!! It was a marble cake with strawberry filling and light buttercream. So good and the perfect snack! Then we headed over the the Neon Museum where we had a 30 minute photo session. It was so much fun and a unique experience. April was great at helping us get awesome photos. Afterwards our limo took us back to our hotel. It was such a perfect day! I would recommend Mon Bel Ami if you are looking for a heartfelt and sweet ceremony in a cute location, with no pressure and no gimmicks. My husband and I decided to have our wedding here because we thought it would be great to get our family and closest friends in Las Vegas. I have to do everything over-the-top so I wanted Elvis and all. We did the ceremony and 2 hour reception with beer/wine bar package with Elvis. The total cost was $3732.32 and included the flowers for me, my bridesmaids, all the boutonnieres for my husband, the groomsmen, and my dad. It included the cake, snacks, keepsakes, photographs, and the limo to/from the hotel. It was an amazing experience! They will work with you to do all sorts of personalization and add-ons if you plan far enough in advance. The cake: I ordered the 2 tier chocolate with raspberry filling. I told them to leave the flowers off the top and I brought my own cake toppers and they put it on the cake when I arrived. The flowers: I was able to send photos of what I wanted the flowers to look like to the coordinator. They even wrapped the base of the bouquet with the colors I wanted. The flowers were waiting in the dressing rooms when we arrived. The ceremony: I chose the Gazebo and we were able to use the outdoor ceremony area. We did the candle ceremony, Elvis did our vows & sang. Everyone was laughing the entire time, including us! The reception: I asked for beach themed music for the reception and they were able to accommodate. We paid the extra for a beer & wine open bar for the reception. We had 40 guests, so we wanted everyone to have a good time. There were horderves, which I chose the veggie platters and the meat and cheese platters. I probably should've gotten a couple more because they were gone, no leftovers. But at least there was alcohol and cake! The photos: The photographer was absolutely amazing! SO many wonderful photos! They did photos inside the chapel area, in the garden and we paid extra to go to Fremont street and it was worth it. We could've also gone to the Vegas sign for an extra cost but decided not to. After the photo shoot, we came back, he did some edits and gave us our CD. It was a truly exceptional experience and I'm so happy we decided to use Mon Bel Ami! read more

The officiant gave us a pre run through, we had time to ask any questions and genuinely was a cool guy! Everything was coordinated and handled perfectly. Everyone was so nice and made sure our special day was memorable and easy for us. The photographer got some great photos and the price for extra photos was reasonable. The minister had some very sweet things to say in the ceremony and he directed us very well. We were recently married in Vegas. We originally wanted something simple but as you know weddings tend to snowball quickly. I looked into so many venues and packages offered but I just couldn't find the quiet fit for who we are and what we wanted..... until I came across Mon Bel Ami's outside gazebo. I always pictured getting married outside with a candle lit environment at night and I just knew that this was where I wanted to have our ceremony. When we arrived it was even more beautiful than the pictures. The staff put us in the bridal room and walked us through everything. The photographer took pictures before, during and after our ceremony and they all turned out absolutely gorgeous. I usually hate any pictures taken of me but he managed to somehow find my photogenic side I never knew existed. My mom even loved the pictures so much she was able to pay additional for all of them on the spot and they gave them to us right then and there. No waiting for them to send them by mail or email. The Minister was easy going and had a sense of humor which was perfect for us and our wild animal of a 2 year old daughter who ran around the entire time. Our wedding was even live streamed through their website so our family members who couldn't make it we able to be apart of the ceremony. We were also able to purchase a dvd of our ceremony as well so we can relieve our beautiful night whenever we want. Ok I would like to start by saying this has to be the best wedding chapel Las Vegas has top 10. We had our wedding 11/18/2022 from the very beginning they where top notch. I had been planning this wedding from the moment my wife proposed. Carrie was my planner she was amazing she answered all of my questions no matter what time I sent a email she responded. Everything was on the website meaning there were no hidden fees when we got there unlike other chapels I looked at. We got the cheapest package which was $199 we got to choose our music. And we also got a picture package which included your guest can take photos anywhere on property at anytime this was a plus because almost none of the other chapels offered that. I highly recommend this chapel. Oh and I also was able to purchase the video now it is recommended that you let them know in advance it was just 50 dollars more. Our limo driver I wish we could rate him as well he was amazing he even gave us recommendations for restaurants. After he dropped us off. This was above and beyond our expectations. Oh boy I wish I could go back to our wedding day!!! We've been planning this day with Carrie who was always available to answer any and all of our questions and accommodated all of our requests. Days leading to our big day, I was a bit nervous as I was told there will be no rehearsal the day before and I have an entourage walking down the aisle. Sarah was so great that she was able to get us all organized in less than 15 mins before the ceremony. Steve was our wonderful minister. We so appreciate his sense of humor throughout the ceremony making us less nervous. Our photographer was so nice and took his time to get our photos. The only thing is he didn't capture our first kiss! Haha. But it's okay. No big deal. We had an amazing inside chapel ceremony with our choice of songs, with a great minister (minister Rodgers) whom really went with our ceremony mood. After ditching our $20k wedding I found Mon Bel Ami online and booked our wedding there sight-unseen since we're out of state. I was super worried, but at every corner our coordinator Carrie set my mind at ease. We opted for their outdoor pavilion and the grounds were beautiful. The changing room for the bride was pretty and accommodating. I met the photographer and officiant and was pleased with both. And then the ceremony... Honestly, I don't remember much, I only had eyes for my husband. :) However, several people raved about the officiant and how heartfelt and wonderful the ceremony was. And then the pictures... We opted for the Le Photo package because we wanted tons of options. Go with this package! It allows your family to take photos on their own as well as having a professional photographer! The photographer was excellent. He was cool, not creepy, and really listened to what we wanted and met or exceeded every expectation. I was FLOORED when I saw our photos. WONDERFUL experience. I was starting to wonder about it after the guys that worked for other chapels told me they had better deals. I don't think I could have asked for a better place in Vegas. I had an outdoor gazebo wedding at 8pm. Everyone was really friendly. I didn't feel rushed through like I thought I would. There is an older lady that goes over the pictures with you, she's hilarious. We ended up buying our whole picture cd. It was a bit pricey, but we can print them as much as we want. The ceremony was candlelight with rose petals. The photographer looked like Wolverine from Xmen, but I enjoyed talking to him. He made our pictures perfect. Our minister was very nice and did a great job too. They even supplied our flowers, I didn't have to do anything but put on my dress and make sure my hub didn't run! read more

I got married at Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel on May 31, 2014. I'm from Chicago, so I used reviews and other websites to choose where my husband and I would have our ceremony. We had about 40 people come with us to the ceremony, and I didn't want to spend $20k (I could do that at home) at one of the hotels. The whole process to book and choose my package was very smooth and easy. I worked with Carrie the entire time, and she was patient with me and all my questions. Once we settled on the packages I wanted, she even let me customize a bit - we only had Maid of Honor and a Best Man, so we didn't need the extra flowers for attendants that was included in my package. They allowed me to have the flowers presented to the moms. I also was not a fan of flower pedals on the ground since I am totally that girl that would have bitten it! They allowed me to switch out the flower pedals for a candlelit aisle (I'm actually shocked no one caught themselves on fire knowing our crazy group). Their professionalism shows they have done this a lot and have a great system down. The day of I had arranged shuttle buses for our group, so we went in the back way after the last wedding was done. I was ushered to the bridal room while the guests sat in the chapel. The one downside of this particular day was that the air seemed to be on the fritz. It wasn't off completely, but it was not as cool as we all probably would have liked. I'm sure the number of bodies did not help the situation, but we all got through it. Bottled water was freely offered to everyone. The photographer (sorry, I forget his name) was awesome. You could tell he's done this before and knows all the best areas and poses at the Chapel. He took pictures of me seperately and with my maid of honor before the ceremony and then my husband and his best man. He took pictures throughout the ceremony. I purchased the 100 photo package and that included all the standard family posed pics, pics of myself and my husband after the ceremony, the already before pics and pics during the ceremony. We walked out the door with a CD of all our edited pics and a DVD of the ceremony. Talk about turn around!! Something to note about photos: You and your guests are NOT allowed to take any pictures without purchasing a specific photo package. When I booked it was the 100 photo package, but I think the website now indicated the 60 picture package qualifies. Totally worth the money if you are bringing any other guests. The ceremony was just as we preferred - short and to the point. I think when I went back and watched the video it was 6 1/2 minutes long. It seemed longer at the time because I was worried about saying the wrong thing or totally falling on my face. There were things we opted out of - the unity candle or sand thing, saying our own vows, etc that would have lengthened the ceremony. To be honest, 6 1/2 minutes was perfect for us. They were more than willing to be accomodating with whatever we wanted, so keep that in mind. I don't know about any of the other chapels, but I felt Mon Bel Ami was the right choice for my husbad and me. Our guests were all very impressed and thought it was a lovely ceremony and location. The only complaint I heard was about the warmth in the Chapel, but they were accomodating with the water. Everyone asked if I had been there before and were shocked when I told them I picked Mon Bel Ami amongst all the other chapels based on the internet and feedback!
