They were accommodating to make my drink less sweet :). They have regular milk, lactose free, and oat milk. You can see their coffee bean machine to the left of the shop which is so cool! You can buy their coffee beans in the shop as well which are sourced from Mexico. We ordered an iced horchata latte and a vanilla latte. Their horchata latte is the real deal! It actually tastes like authentic horchata (like my mom makes!!). My vanilla latte was perfectly foamy and not too syrupy. Will be returning :).

The ambiance is cozy, super clean, fresh smelling. They also have three Airbnb rooms which will try to rent the next time we come. We've been here twice already. We always get the soups. I've had the Roasted Tomato but today I enjoyed the Abuela Soup. My husband had the Chicken. I literally devoured both mine and his left overs. Joe ordered the Mediterranean Salad and it was yummy. I had the Octupus Tacos which is my fave when I come. For desert, I ordered the homemade oatmeal cookies and it was delicious. Next time, I will try the crepes. If you are using Google Maps my best advice is to get to the corner of Madero and Third and enter one of several doors which will lead you into a large market style space. Malvia is about a shoe-boxed sized cafe in Zona Centro. There are several tables in the front with seating for probably around twenty. On the afternoon of a June day I visited and ordered an iced latte. It was 45 pesos and probably around twenty ounces. It was very delicious and I was happy to sip on it while I walked to Gastro Telefonica. Malvia definitely fits into to the Tijuana craft coffee scene and I highly recommend you stop by to try out a caffeinated drink.
