Fuimos el día de Navidad de 2025. Hace unos años era nuestro punto de ir por los panqueques. Pero ha ido cuesta abajo. El servicio, la comida y especialmente los batidos de chocolate saben muy mal. Lo único que estaba bueno fueron los chilaquiles con pollo. Les pedimos que devolvieran el batido porque sabía muy viejo, podrido y estropeado, y todavía nos cobran por él y cuando pedimos que lo quitáramos, la señora que trabajaba en la caja tuvo el descaro de decir, bueno, todos lo probamos, y parecía que sabía bien para nosotros, lo cual sabes que era una mentira audaz. Todavía espero no tener ninguna intoxicación alimentaria por ese batido. Tampoco vinieron y volvieron a llenar mi café de Olla. Además, el estacionamiento es muy limitado y los precios son altos para la comida y las bebidas mediocres. Fue una gran decepción, ya que no hemos estado aquí en años solo para tener esta mala experiencia la próxima vez que vayamos a otro lugar, en lugar de eso no volveremos. read more

This is our second time coming here and all I can say is delicious. Came on a Monday morning and I guess its a holiday here in Mexico called Revolution day and they were open. Per our awesome water Roberto, hey are open everyday even major holidays. I order the breakfast senior and hubs opted for chilaquiles. I only took a pic of mine as when I looked up, hubs already started going to town on the grub. Fresh squeezed OJ, awesome staff and delicious food go hand and hand. Highly recommend read more

Service was a 10! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such attentive and personalized service. They immediately placed a high chair at our table. The restaurant was super clean near Rosarito Beach hotel, right at the end of the strip. We ordered the pancake special x2, the child pancake plate and the steak breakfast. Food was okay. Nothing wow about it Wait time for food is longer than to get seated and service was not great. We saw our waitress when we ordered the food and never again after that. Been here several time, I got the chilaquiles but I did not like at alll. Everything else iv had was super good. But it tasted like tomato sauce which no flavor or Chile. Get something else other than chilaquiles. You will enjoy. Love that they have fresh juices and corn pancakes are great. Also go machaca and it was very very good. read more

This was a great little breakfast place that has a variety of foods to choose from. This place can get very busy, especially on the weekends, and service can be very slow with the prices a little more than other breakfast places in the area. I would recommend if you are there on a weekday if it is not too busy. read more

We were lucky to have scored parking right infront of the restaurant. It looks like they are linked to the perfumes store next door. So they had some special posted at the entrance. The place itself looks small from outside but is quite roomy inside. The decor is gorgeous, you def get that Baja feeling. They have cactus plants around the restaurant and also several fire-heaters around. The staff was welcoming and very attentive. The menu is pretty nice, you can choose from a combo or simply create your own. The portions are perfect size, not too big and not too small. (I like it when the portions are perfect because most food doesnt taste good after microwaving and we ussually do not go back to the hotel after brunch to put food on the fridge, so no need to waste). I got the mexican omelet and it came with avocado, black beans, bacon and it ussually has cheese but I cant have lactose so they kindly removed it for me. I also had their coffee and it was delicious! My daughter made her own combo, with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 bacon strips. She loved it and ate it all. She did not ordered from the kids menu however since she wasnt sure the mini-pancakes would be big enough. They lost a star when they got her drink order wrong. She had ordered a lemonade, instead she got a chocolate milkshake. She did enjoy the drink but I would have preferred she got what she had ordered first. We will come back though, I would like to try other stuff from their menu. Totally recommend it. read more

This place is ok and i can see the appeal of this place if you have a family composed of little ones who will only eat familiar food. Anyway, it is very reminiscent of a Denny's or IHOP menu. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with American and Mexican dishes. I think the go to items here are their pancakes, crepes, and french toast! Unfortunately, no one in our group ordered any haha the irony. My poblano omelette was good overall but lacked a little salt. The red salsa they offer on the side has some heat to it. I was expecting hash browns but got fries instead. Kinda random. It also came with black beans and they were good. They do offer large portions and we all left feeling full. Great place for breakfast! Came here on a Sunday morning and the place was pretty packed but we were seated pretty quickly. Menu had a good selection of Mexican and American dishes. Service was very nice and fast We all had the chilaquiles Mexicanos Rojas. The serving size is huge! It's chilaquiles with avocado, cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, with beans on the side. Price point is great! Has an American diner theme, think Denny's but everything is fresh and local ingredient. OJ is freshly squeezed. Eggs Benedict and Machaca Omelet are tasty :) Mango pancakes and Strawberry banana crepes and also bomb. It's a nice change up from all seafood that rosarito has to offer. We went during the week, so I'm not really sure how the atmosphere/waiting time is on the weekends. We walked in and we were greeted right away. They asked us if we wanted to sit indoors or outdoors. It was a nice morning, so we opted for the outdoor area. There was a large family already eating out there, but they said hello to us and we sat at our table. They took our order and the food didn't take long to arrive. In the meantime, the kids and I were looking around at the different plant and signs they had around the place. The food itself was good. It all had tasted great and our waitress came by often to check up on us and make sure we were ok. As we left, they bid us farewell. Really a lovely place to come to and get away from the busy boulevard. Definitely recommend coming here for a bite.

We were put on a waitlist for 20 minutes. Then we noticed that small groups were being served before us. An alarm went off for several minutes which they had difficultly silencing. We were finally seated over an hour late. Then we waited to be acknowledged. We ordered. Then we saw a bus pull up and the people who were served ahead of us (after we were on the list) got on the bus. So we were bumped down the waitlist for a bus? When we were finally served twenty minutes later, the food was over-cooked, missing ingredients listed on the menu for the plate, and there were eggshells in it. The waiter didn't check on us and did nothing about the food we couldn't eat. Terrible experience! read more

Tons of food and really tasty. French Toast: Ordered by my wife, and it was delicious. The highlight of the visit was our waiter. He carried himself with the posture and formal Spanish vocabulary of a high-end, fine-dining maître d'. It made for a hilariously memorable experience because he had a bit of a "Soup Nazi" vibe, very prim, proper, and mildly irritated by our imperfect Spanish and extra requests. When my wife asked to skip the bacon, he firmly let us know, "It comes with bacon, you will have the bacon!" and when I asked for ketchup after the food arrived, I definitely caught a subtle eye-roll! That said, it was all in good fun. Once the meal was served, he was attentive, boxed up our leftovers, and provided great service. We tipped him well and enjoyed the experience. Note on Location: The current listing on Yelp seems to show their older address further south. They are actually right in the heart of the action in Rosarito, roughly across the street from El Nido.

Chilaquiles rojo 2. Pancake combo 3. Veggie omelet 4. Green juice 5. Coffee Every single item, with the exception of the drinks, was made completely different than what we have been accustomed to. They were known for their fluffy pancakes, which were absolutely delicious. I opted for the pancakes since they they did not have hash browns available, and I know pancakes were much easier to make. Well, they were dark, thick/flat, and slightly undercooked. Possibly made first, so were slightly on the cooler side where the butter could not melt. The chilaquiles were soggy, not flavorful. Both the green and red Chile's lacked flavor as well. After looking around, I asked if the ownership had changed and indeed it had, which explains the new style of cooking. We shared our feedback with our meals, and to our surprise, the manager came out to ask for details to provide to the chef. I was super impressed with that. We were charged for 2 meals since we could not eat the pancakes, another pleasant surprise. Adding new photos of the dishes... you will see the difference.
