El Jardin is a food court with about 7 different types of options for food. They have hot dogs,…read morehamburgers, sushi, arepas, wings, etc. I like that they offer a variety of items, but when I'm in TJ, I want Mexican food LOL. There is also a small playground in the middle, which makes this place a great spot for families. My friend's daughter wanted wings, so we ordered some from District. We decided to get food Mercado Norte instead and ordered the huarache de carne asada, flautas, 2 gorditas, and 3 horchatas. I was wondering why it took a long time to get our drinks, but since they ran out of ice, we ended up only get one horchata and had to ask for a refund before we left. The wings were drenched in sauce and were pretty tasty. I only tried the buffalo version, but she also got terriyaki? I liked how Mercado Norte presented our food- it looked pretty and was decorated nicely. Everything we ordered was delicious and very filling. The horchata tasted great as well- too bad we couldn't get more though!

I love the gastro park scene in Tijuana. El Jardín is covered, has WiFi, and accepts credit cards…read more There is a parking lot out front and a play structure inside. They absolutely delivery with Uber Eats. We dined in. I got an individual pizza and small salad from Gambino's. The dough was handmade and delicious! My boyfriend got the Combo 1 at La Hot-dogueria. The staff were helpful, the fries were great, and he enjoyed the hot dog. He also got a large sushi roll from Ryokan which he said was a high quality tuna. The bar, Tepoztecatl, might have been our favorite stop. It has a good selection of beer and a really sweet woman bartender. We didn't try every restaurant today but I am sure we will. 5 stars for El Jardín.

I loved this place! It is a very cute coffee shop and definitely is much more modern than most…read moreplaces in Mexico. It's minimalist architecture gives it a very hip & artsy vibe. They had seating options inside and outside from couches to lounge on to vintage door table sets to do work at. Their menu consists of various hot/iced teas & coffees, pastries & other baked goods, waffles, acai bowls, and many more! Everything here is fairly priced compared to shops like these in the States. I'm not sure if it is on the higher end of the spectrum for Mexico though. I ordered the Nutella latte with almondmilk as a dairy-free option. It was a hot coffee drink which I thought was OKAY. It just tasted like regular coffee with a few dollops of nutella thrown in there that did not really mix or melt in well. It was not a bad drink, just thought it would have had a more Nutella taste to the entire thing. The real reason I gave this place five stars is for the Waffle con Fruta. It's presentation was beautiful and it tasted better than it looked! Definitely would recommend this place simply for this!

I order a chicken bagel sandwich and it was great. I got it to go and it came out in a nice little box with the sandwich tied up with a string. Was that necessary, no but the attention to detail was great and it made it look even cooler. I work down the street from here and it's starting to be my quick grab and go coffee shop. I will try their breakfast food next. Oh the one thing I didn't like but it's not a really big deal is, no WiFi.
