The young staff was very efficient and friendly. We sat at our table after ordering a good 20 minutes and I am being generous. The toast was barely toasted. The potatoes were mushy. Came here for breakfast. The lattes were delicious and had so many fun flavors to choose from. They always have specials and this time I ordered the country eggs Benedict- it was so good!! We eat here frequently and the food is always great. I recently found out that they also host private events and just had my daughter's graduation party here. We had good weather , the event was in their tent on the river. What a gorgeous location! I'm future weather was bad, we would have had the whole cafe to take over. This is the perfect backyard or park like setting for parties and events. The food and service were the high level I have come to expect from this place as a restaurant. Shane and Stephanie ( the owners) were both there and helping us out each step of the way. Jenna and Shawn the servers were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us out with a few things we forgot. I recommend this place highly for events, food and coffee! They have amazing lattes and coffee drinks. They have dinners on Thursday and Friday evening in the summer too. And you can eat in the tent or the gazebo! read more

Was working nearby for the day and stopped in for lunch. Appreciated being able to sit outside. The service was top notch. Fast and friendly. The fried chicken wrap was tasty. Nicely repurposed old mill, now a cafe serving three a day both inside and out in good weather. This last Sunday in May was perfect for an up county drive to Sellersville, PA. Blue skies and white clouds, with temp in the low 70s. Windows down to catch that fragrant Spring air. The patio seating was SRO, so I went inside to see what a solo customer could find. All the tables were occupied, but there were three empty stools at the bar. I asked one of the lovelies working behind the bar if one was open for this road warrior, and she just smiled and nodded. Just what the doctor ordered, although I had to share the space with her as she wrapped the clean silverware in paper napkins for future setups. Seemed that all the wait staff was behind the bar as they prepped their orders and scanned the crowd to see who needed their attention. The Country Cafe Omelet (root veggies, home fries, cheddar cheese, sausage gravy on the side), more taters and rye toast caught my eye after a first long draught of their excellent Java. My meal arrived in Mason's hands looking overloaded with the toast balanced atop the home fries. It was all quite delicious, although the gravy was on the salty side and I was glad it was not poured over everything. Service was well attended, and I never had to ask for a coffee refill (3x). The staff seemed mostly young high schoolers, friendly and energized; raised to the country life and rather timeless in demeanor and innocence. This place is very busy on nice weekends, so it may make sense to call ahead or come during the week when people go out less with family and cohorts. Too, be prepared for a bit of acoustic dissonance, as the high exposed beam ceiling tends to amplify the voices in the room. I stopped by the Cafe at the Mill - it has pleasant seating both inside and out and serves up breakfast and lunch. I ordered a cappuccino and it was definitely on the weak and milky side. The others in my party were happy with their regular coffee. I had the breakfast burrito, which came with a generous portion of potatoes. The meal was solid and everything tasted great. I would've preferred chorizo over regular sausage inside the burrito, but it was a decent meal all in all. Prices were reasonable and service was fast and friendly. read more

I recently stopped here on a Friday morning for breakfast. This cafe is small but the food was yummy. I ordered the pumpkin pancake special. The pancakes were lite and fluffy. I'm not really a coffee drinker but with so many beverage choices I could not help myself. I chose a hot peppermint mocha latte. It was delicious. The service was a bit slow. It felt like I waited longer than I should have for the amount of people in the cafe it the food was good when it arrived at my table. The parking is limited and the sign not very big. Such an adorable place! I am not from this area but adopted a dog who needed to be vetted from here. Very few places were open because of covid and I didn't feel comfortable with the seating at some places that were. Everything was socially distanced and delicious here! Been here a bunch, went this am at 11. Waitress didn't know if it was still breakfast or lunch. I ordered pancakes with bacon. They were the worst pancakes I ever had. My wife got the breakfast comb comes with pancakes. Very hard for her to cut. They were way too thick and chewy. We asked for two waters and she came back with one and only one straw so we couldn't share. Why can't restaurants make those smaller pancakes they save on batter. The syrup was so thick it came out in drops. Waitress asked how we were doing we said the syrup wont come out of the dispenter so she left. Dont get the pancakes. read more

Since my last review 11 months ago the quality of food has decreased drastically during my past two visits. Today I had the quiche of the day with turkey chili. The chili was delicious but the quiche tasted stale, the crust hard and thick and the eggs were comparable to a free hotel breakfast. And my latte was lukewarm at best. My friend said her buffalo chicken wrap was mediocre. I'm disappointed that I can't continue to support this restaurant with its friendly servers, but $42 for food I fed to my dog means I'm moving on. read more

They offer an omelette, list the ingredients but forget to mention the bacon! We do not eat bacon yet it was not in the list of ingredients so there was no way we could tell them to take it out. I guess we need to go through everything they have and say we do not want... The sticky bun French toast was burnt when brought to us. The bread that came with our bacon-filled omelette was already buttered. We do NOT need you to butter or toast for us. We are perfectly capable of doing that ourselves. The Cafe at the Mill is a regular eatery for my husband and me. Staff is great. Food is fresh and delicious. We've pretty much worked our way through the menu. Soups are homemade with fresh varieties every day. My husband loves the buffalo chicken grilled cheese. Salads are generous portions. Burgers are excellent. Tortilla chips and salsa are made fresh every day and a standard side. There's always a breakfast or lunch special on the board. This is a must try restaurant. read more

The next day we got eh crabs Benedict which is served every other Sunday and the sausage and biscuits. Everything is melt in your mouth goodness. The lattes are better than Starbucks!
