I asked if he had a bowl that's good for people who are prone to dropping them and he recommended me a solid one that's been dropped at least twice on concrete from torso height and it's not got a scratch. I did come back in today and spoke with the manager. She apologized and explained how that employee was in fact fired only a week after being hired. I do appreciate that Julie reached out in an attempt to make things right and I do plan to return. I do agree with another persons review that some of the employees aren't so called "experts" in vaping but other than that one kid that is now fired the employees I've interacted with do care and try their best to help. My tip is just make sure you've done some of your own research on the products you use so you can make a better educated decision.
