This spot is perfect for breakfast, coffee, mimosas, and atmosphere! Server was great, she rocked!!!

We've eaten here twice so far! It's a great addition to the neighborhood. They've done a great job with the decor! You really feel transported into a little section of Paris. The service is great - just attentive enough, and the food comes quickly. Prices are reasonable for high quality food. Our first time here, we shared the Thin Guy breakfast, which came with eggs, turkey bacon, fruit and a coffee. Next visit, Larry had the chicken tacos and I had the avocado sandwich, which came with tomato and mozzarella cheese. Extra $1 for a drink; I passed as I don't do soda or juices. The sandwich came on fantastic bread and was a huge portion. I was set for the rest of the day! Very satisfying. Papillon is definitely getting added to our regular rotation!

Outside the bathroom to request champagne. I don't think it actually works

This was a great little cafe. I can't believe it wasn't busier. It's decorated so cute. The food was really good! I got the Papillon's Specialty Omelette sandwich and it was divine. We found it to be very reasonably priced. The only strange thing was both TVs, albeit muted, were both playing conservative news channels.

Such a cute spot near the beach with an excellent vibe and beautiful decor. The food and drinks were both great, and the prices were very reasonable! I had the pan con lechón (pulled pork sandwich) and it was sooo good - definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area! Service also excellent!

Best affordable brunch spot ever! Bottomless mimosas, incredible menu, and everything was a really great price. We sat outside, there was an awning which made it a really nice spot. Bottomless mimosas come in 2hr and 3hr options.

Amazing Spanish food and service! Don't be fooled by the extensive menu that might look a little weird. We only had tapas and they were fantastic, as good as in Spain. We had the ham croquetas. Delicious and well presented. They come in four but I took the picture after we had 3. We couldn't wait! We ordered the Tortilla española, which was so perfect. The texture, the flavor and the presentation. We also had the Gambones Al ajlllo. The chef even came to tell us he added an extra one so each of us could have 4 instead of 3 and a half. So sweet. He is the nicest chef I've ever met (and I have met several nice chefs). They also serve you complimentary bread with tomato sauce and little pieces of jamón ibérico. An even better extra touch. The decoration is beautiful as well. Give a try to this amazing place so need in an area with many restaurants but not an amazing Spanish place.

New breakfast/lunch spot in the space where Merkado 31 used to be. This is my new favorite spot in North Beach for breakfast. There's a nice, filling breakfast option on the menu-Magda's combo. I get it everytime I come here. It's such great value ($9.99) and yummy. Isabelle is the best server. She's so friendly and attentive. The interior is very gaudy and offers many opportunities for IG posts of your trip to Miami.

We stumbled on this place after walking on the beach boardwalk. Conveniently one block from beach. They have the cutest decor of a lifestyle mermaid when you enter and good vibes only selfie area and lots of flowers and a cute phone booth. It really set the tone for a happy place. The menu has breakfast, brunch on Sunday only, lunch, and dinner. We ordered the breakfast platter with everything served on a large wood board, #74. It had eggs, bacon, hash brown, waffle toast, baguette, and fruit. It fed an adult and two kids. Perfect size. The fresh orange juice was great. The service was amazing. They were so attentive. The bathroom was cute. They had another life size mermaid and mirrors all over the wall with words of encouragement. They opened 2 months ago. Definitely recommend when you are close to 71st and collins.

I just love a good brunch find!! We went here on a Saturday and had the Magda's shareable breakfast! Everything was tasty and came out quick! For 2 coffees and breakfast coming in at a whopping $27 is a pleasant surprise for the beach! Cute decoration for photos and friendly service! Oh and let's not forget bottomless mimosa!! We will be returning soon to try some other items!!

I got the omlette and cappuccino!

I loved this place! Emilio was amazing and he was the waiter and the drinks were delicious. I loved the ambiance and the food. Food came quickly and Emilio kept checking in and making sure everything was good. Would come back again!

If you haven't been to Papillon by the Beach yet, you're seriously missing out. The menu is full of fresh, flavorful dishes, but a few have definitely become my favorites so far. This is our second night coming to dinner. The Vinagrete Mixed Seafood was our appetizer and was told it is super popular - it's light, fresh, and packed with octopus, scallops, mussels, and squid, all topped off with a little guacamole. I indeed love how refreshing it is! The Tataki-Style Picanha is my fiancé's favorite by far. It's grilled perfectly to the temp you'd like and has a bold, juicy flavor with a side of roasted potato wedges. If you're into seafood, the Hake Fillet is a total winner - finished with garlic, cayenne, and a splash of sherry vinegar, it's simple but so good. And for something hearty and comforting, the Madrid-Style Stew hits the spot. It's rich, warm, and just feels like a big food hug, felt back home in my southern roots. For dessert the apple tarte and French toast custard we got. We could not decide between one or the other so we ended up getting both. The bourbon ice cream def hits different with the creamy custard like texture of the French toast. The apple tarte very soft, smooth and appley, server with a scoop of ice cream as well. This place couldn't get any better with their dinner items.

This place was a great lunch option! I got the jamon serrano and manchego sandwich which was very good. The olive tapenada doesn't really go with the flavor and could be better with just some olive oil, but I still really enjoyed it. The steak sandwich was great too and the portions are huge! This gave us both two meals, for a $20 price. Great deal, great food. Service was ok - took a bit.

I was genuinely surprised to have some of the best wings I've ever had in my life. Top 5 for sure. Drinks were 50/50 between our table. Some of us liked them a lot and others did not. Front Porch has always been a spot we dined at, mostly for breakfast, but sometimes lunch and dinner. At times, we would stay at the Z Hotel just for Front Porch. Unfortunately, that has changed, and I would never go back or accept a free meal or service--imagine that, never accept a free meal in Miami. The service was bad, actually the waiter was fair to ok, but the bleach blonde older server consumed the air out of the room. She was grumpy, not engaging, and when she spoke her voice was so deep and off putting that it frightened me. The culinary offerings, reminds me of a hospital cafeteria from the 80s/90s . The worst part was the theming and lack of ambiance. It felt like a seedy nightclub or raggedy adult club you have to take a shower after leaving. I had to apologize to wife for such a poor experience. Bad husband! Also, I believe the operation was being managed or run by a small family of 4/5 people with no hospitality, culinary, or service experience. Finally, for $100, I never have to go there again. Front Porch, RIP. Sorry...

First and foremost, do not waste your time or money coming here…read more As a Miami native, I was genuinely disappointed by both the food and the level of service. Unfortunately, neither lived up to expectations. We started with the "jumbo" wings, which were anything but jumbo. We received only flats, and they were some of the smallest wings I've ever been served. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were told the manager would take 50% off the order. However, when the bill arrived, we were informed that the manager had already left and the discount could no longer be honored. Instead, we were given only the $4 happy hour discount, despite being promised otherwise. For our entrées, we ordered the brisket sandwich and the half chicken. Neither was worth ordering. The chicken lacked the crispy texture it was advertised to have, and the brisket was bland and without flavor. The sandwich was also supposed to come with truffle fries, but instead we were served cold, plain fries. After mentioning it, the solution was to bring us a side of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese and ask us to mix it ourselves. The service was equally disappointing. We asked our server twice for drink refills, but she never brought them. We eventually had to flag down another server just to get our beverages refilled. Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Between the poor-quality food, unfulfilled promises regarding the bill, and inattentive service, this restaurant fell well below the standard I would expect from a Miami establishment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the current level of food quality and customer service is simply unacceptable. and quality is embarrassing for miami.

We stayed in the Azure suite, Our room was stunning and was ready a few hours early, which allowed us to start enjoying our stay right away with a bottle of bubbly the hotel sent up. We changed into our swimsuits and headed straight to the pool. The next morning was my favorite part of the stay, since only hotel guests have access to the pool before the restaurant opens, it was much quieter and the perfect way to enjoy such a beautiful setting. The only downside was that the hotel is extremely loud at night. We knew what to expect from reading previous reviews, so it wasn't a surprise, but it's worth mentioning. I was also a little disappointed by the restaurant service, which felt indifferent and not especially welcoming.
