Cafe SeeSaw is one of the many Korean cafes in Duluth. They sell drinks such as coffee and non-coffee and baked goods, both savory and sweet. There is ample space inside to chill or study. The cashier was really friendly and the food came out quick. I probably should have gotten a drink, but I got the Everything Bagel with Basil Tomato. I wanted a savory snack, but I got a somewhat sweet meal. The basil tomato cream tasted like there was sugar in it so that threw me off plus the everything bagel did not really taste like an everything bagel. --Location/Parking-- Located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. They are next to the Ramyun Gallery and near an H-Mart shopping center. --Ambience-- White, minimal, relaxing space for a coffee shop. The rear of the shop has a projection showing an anime/tv show when I was there. Wood and white, minimal decor. Great place to work and hang out. --Service/Staff-- Early Saturday morning was managed by two women who were very attentive and quick with the drinks. I didn't even get a chance to explore the menu, so I went with my go-to drink. I thought about changing or trying another drink/latte, but she quickly rang me up. Not a bad thing, especially on a busy day. No complaints on the service. --Products/Service-- Cortado, what can I say. You can't go wrong, and it was good, nothing special. I kinda wished I tried some of their other unique drinks/latte. --Capacity-- Plenty of open spaces and tables. I would say the cafe can hold 20 people in capacity. There are bakeries and then there are coffee houses. This is still the BEST lowkey Korean inspired coffee spot in the area for a few reasons: 1. Innovative, seasonal menu. Coffee and matcha slushies in the summer, creative drinks, rotating menu. Just like an aesthetic coffeehouse in a big city. 2. Chill af. Let's keep it that way please. 3. Quality coffee. I came here with a friend since this had recently popped up on my feed. There's plenty of parking outside in the lot and a good bit of seating inside. I was going to try the seesaw latte but then came across their spring drinks! I forgot the name of the drink but it had espresso, grapefruit soda and elderflower syrup. I've never mixed coffee with soda before but I'll say I actually liked it! I do prefer milk with coffee but this unique combo was quite nice and refreshing! I loved that it wasn't overly sweet so I could enjoy the other items we shared. We also got a slice of the earl gray cheesecake and Kaya toast with butter. The cheesecake was delicious and loved that I could pick up the notes of earl gray. The Kaya toast was also super tasty and loved the jam and salted butter combination. THE CHEESECAKE IS ALL YOU NEED Their cheesecake is not your typical super sweet cheese cake from the store. It is a much more soft and creamy type of cheese cake. The earl grey one was crazy good. The flavor of the earl grey was not over powering at all. For drinks I ordered an eispanner. I love any kind of eispanner. The sweet cream on top of coffee is just so good. There's decent amount of seating. Not a lot of big tables but a lot of smaller ones where it's enough for 2 people. Its not too loud from what i remember and the vibes are nice. Best latte I've ever had! Their seesaw latte is so rich and creamy but not overly sweet and is very fragrant with a strong espresso taste. I tried their peach tea cano and it was surprisingly so good. I didn't think fruit and coffee would go together but theirs does. I recently just heard about this cafe and decided to stop by. Staff was friendly and there's a good amount of seating. We got the matcha latte and seasonal pumpkin spice latte. The matcha latte was delicious and had a good strength to it. It's a little bit on the weaker side, but that may be because I like my matcha very strong. The pumpkin spice latte was really good, I enjoyed it a lot. It reminded me a bit of sujeonggwa (korean cinnamon ginger punch). Flavor on the drink was great, I wish there was meat besides the crab meat in the sandwich for it to be more filling. Prices were fine as well. The furniture inside is pretty minimal. Stopped by after seeing that it replaced Lunas Cookie Studio. They are in their soft opening now, so it looks like the hours are 12-8pm until grand opening. FOOD/DRINKS: Original Basque Cheesecake ($8) - The cheesecake is pretty solid, very custard-y and creamy. For me, the texture was slightly firmer than a regular cheesecake, which I enjoyed since there is no crust. I wish I got more caramel taste from the burnt sugar, but it was still subtly there. Matcha Latte ($5.5) - This was also pretty solid. Nothing special to note, but it was visually pleasing ("instagram-worthy"). OVERALL: They offer cream donuts, tarts, etc. but the owner only mentioned that the cheesecakes and panna cotta were made in-house. I would love to come back and try more cheesecake flavors and the panna cotta. Recommend for a nice spot to chat and get some good dessert! read more

A new cute cafe in Suwanee! I went on a Saturday hoping to get some work done but couldn't stay for long because the place is pretty small and all the seats were full. In terms of food, I got the matcha latte ($5.50) and the basque cheesecake ($8). The matcha latte was pretty good-it didn't blow me away but it still had a good balance of sweetness and the matcha flavor. I wish the matcha flavor was a little bit stronger though. I also liked the basque cheesecake because I have not seen it at other cafes before. It was thick, creamy and a lot more filling than it looked. This was my first time going so I would have to go again to see if there is something else that I like better on the menu but overall it's a good place to stop by! read more

Some of the BEST macaroons in town. I've tried so many macaroons and these are the best in the area. Cafe seesaw is under new owners but the old owners still makes them! (The strawberry one has cream AND jam in it) We also had a cold brew which was delightful for a afternoon siesta. The cashier and barista was very kind and knowledgeable. I ordered the matcha latte and also got a slice of cheesecake to go. The matcha latte was amazing! So rich and flavorful. The presentation of the drink was also great. I just knew the matcha would be good from the color. It seemed like they used ceremonial grade matcha which is amazing. Also must get their cheesecake! The earl grey flavor stands out enough, and blends really well with the cheesecake. Highly recommend trying it out! The service was good, the cashier was really friendly. The coffee took about about 10 minutes, which isn't bad if you're staying to study or chat. The cafe doesn't get too busy either, so there might be empty seats for you to wait at. I absolutely love cafe seesaw! It was a hidden gem that I so happened to stubble upon a few months ago and fell in love with. I always order a iced cafe seesaw which is one of their original drinks. It's a stronger coffee with a yummy thick cold foam that sits on top and adds the perfect amount of sweetness once mixed in. My boyfriend always ordered their peanut butter latte which is delicious as well. The service is always quick. I never have to wait over 7 minutes for my drink to come out regardless of how busy it is which is always a bonus. The vibes are so cute as well! They always have chill music on and the decorations are minimal yet so cute.
