One the best coffee shops in town, very nice store with convenient location and parking option, the coffee smell is amazing inside, they produce their our coffee, it taste fresh and well toasted, friendly service at the bar, ambience great for business and family, we ordered a blueberry iced tea with good natural flavor, cappuccino was good too. Must try this one.

    Matcha latte ;)

I stopped into Break Coffee Roasters on a whim and ended up having one of the best matcha lattes of my life. Seriously--this drink is pure, velvety green magic. The vibe of the shop only added to the experience--calm, warm, and exactly the kind of place where you want to linger with a cup in hand. Break Coffee Roasters clearly knows what they're doing, and this matcha latte is proof. If you're even remotely a matcha lover, get here. This cup might just convert you into a full-on devotee.

Came here to chill and get a little breakfast at our fave coffee shop. They have great options and I love getting the lavender latte with almond milk yum . My partner got a matcha latte. The person the helped us was so cool, def loved the vibe. Actually the whole staff is cool af lmao! We also love the bleacher options. There were some people on laptops etc on a Tuesday which was cool. Croissant and apple baked goods were consumed with lots of enjoyment. Now they have stickers too!

Your IDEAL workplace/study cafe! Vibes here are immaculate, lots of tables, sunlight, plants, and open space! Drinks and pastries were good, service as well (they warmed up my pastries for me!)

Love this place for great coffee and its location is great in downtown Duluth. There is plenty of parking in the hotel garage a bit down the street. They have yummy pastries and savory snacks as well. Its not the best place for studying with friends since there is not a lot of large table space, but they have some couch seating for hanging out. Its right next to the Duluth downtown lawn space and the other restaurants there.

Jalapeño orange lemonade and orange lavender latte

For a Sunday afternoon, service was fast and friendly. The orange lavender latte was mild with perfect balance of sweetness. The jalapeño orange lemonade was very sweet and subtly tart but refreshing. For a small space it is functional and not cramped. The light wood with green plants add a vibrant and earthy feel. Background music is chill like church.

Very pleasant ambiance and nicely decorated interior. They have a wide range of beverage/coffee & tea menu while food menu is very limited. We had pumpkin spice latte and Earl grey latte, both tasted good. The bakery stuff didn't feel very fresh neither stale, they tasted ok. Service is quick as we were there early around 9:30 AM on Saturday morning. Overall good vibing coffee place in the neighborhood.

Break is located in downtown Duluth. It is a perfect place to stop by to grab a coffee and walk around downtown or to stop and take a break. I ordered the orange mocha with oat milk which may be a seasonal drink. I generally do like orange flavored chocolates, so this was a nice change to a regular mocha. The decor is modern, and I love the staircase wall with pillows.

We walked by Break after a trip to the library. We never saw this place before but decided to try it out. We got the orange mocha to share. The interior is really nice and has plenty of places to sit. They have a wall where it's pretty much like a nice version of bleachers with padding for seating. I think it's a great ambiance for the neighborhood and those who come visit nearby. The orange mocha was interesting. I probably won't order it again, but it was a new experience and I always welcome that! I would definitely come back here if I'm in the area and craving for some caffeine. The staff were friendly, but it was a straightforward, order and pick up for us.

This coffee shop is so cute, and somewhere I would definitely come to get work done. It's located in downtown Duluth, so you can't park directly in front of it but there is plenty of parking walking distance away. I tried the vanilla rose latte, cookie butter latte, and the raspberry latte. They were all pretty good. I especially enjoyed the danish. Overall, I really enjoyed the vibe of the coffee shop. This spot is so cool and laid back! I always love the atmosphere and the music. To start our day, my partner and I went here to order our spinach & artichoke quiche lol (inside joke on that one hehe ) . It was great as always and to go along with it, we got some drinks. I got a hot matcha latte with almond milk, which was great! The customer service is always top tier and very welcoming here and keeps us coming back for more!

The iced mocha latte was absolutely amazing with a good depth of flavor. My friend got a churro latte with cold foam which he enjoyed. The ambiance is nice and the plants make it very calming. Staff is very friendly here too. There's also a little water station.

I usually pop in pretty late in the evening before they close since the bakery is a little further from my home. Most of the goodies have dwindled down by the end of the night. The owner is a sweet Taiwanese lady who boasts their products don't contain any preservatives. Everything is freshly made - half the time, the bread baggies are seen open and cooling. My favorites are the buns - the custard, black sesame, hot dog and Chanel polo meat floss buns. Their sandos remind me of Family Mart sandwiches in Taiwan. And the bento boxes are massive - definitely recommend the fried pork chop bento box! The combo comes with a drink, as well. It's been a minute since my last visit so I'll definitely need to stop by on my next trip to Duluth/Johns Creek!

I'm still on the hunt for an egg salad sandwich rivaling Lawson's or 7-11 but the one here has good bread! I tried an orange cream sandwich too and the cream left a film on my tongue so not my favorite but it's a nice, light dessert They have a ton of different options though so something for everyone. Next time, I'll have to come earlier to get a loaf of just plain white bread. They only had flavored breads $8/ loaf when I came and I got the sesame but I haven't tried it yet. It looks gorgeous though with a great swirl and fluffy texture The staff were friendly & quick. It has plenty of parking in the shared lot of the strip.

The coffee. It's fine, but nothing great, and when my wife and I have a Saturday morning to go out, we usually want great coffee. The space is tight, smallish, but clean. The more adventurous eaters will go for the bun bo hue because there is a lot more complexity to it. And then you have the banh mi. A marriage of traditional Viet flavors mingled w/ the French flair of the baguette but with Be Banh Mi, there is an additional twist that I think is just ingenious. First off, you will fight for parking so bite the bullet and walk Second the interior. One of the most spacious, under used spaces ever to be used for a sit down/take out banh mi joint. They seat roughly 20 people while the middle section is primarily used to start a line queue. The service. It's the self-service kiosk where you order and they call you by your receipt number so there's no bussing or wait staff. Now for the for banh mi. It's not that it's anything necessarily special. It's a banh mi. Your proto-typical Vietnamese ingredients from grilled pork (what I got!!!) to BBQ pork to crispy pork belly and the works! The ingredients are one in same with any place that specializes in banh mis. What sets this place apart is that they offer the stick version of the traditional banh mi. Yes!!!! The stick version. Banh mi is traditionally served in a toasted buttered French baguette loaf that acts like a submarine sandwich open hot dog bun style then all the ingredients are shoved in the opening then wrapped up for you to open and enjoy. The stick version however is a long, thin, yet equally buttery, flaky, soft bun but it's almost a foot long and thin but they don't skimp on the flavors of the banh mi! That's what makes this place so interesting and worth visiting time and time again. Plus the price is so affordable for a banh mi. The traditional banh mi's run you at $6 per sandwich. The stick version runs you at $5. Between the two versions, you're looking at roughly a $12-$14 with tax. It's such a fantastic deal for something as filling as banh mi can be and between the two versions of banh mi, you will be satisfied! Highly recommend for a good banh mi!
